Ahh I've been playing fps for a serious while now and I also have been noticing that my aim is really jittery I just thought it was me but now I know it's simply cus I didn't practice and smooth tracking, you've shed a new light on me, thank you!
I'd just like to say this by far may be the best video I've ever seen for aimlab tips, especially as far as tracking goes. After trying your smooth tracking playlist for about 10 minutes, I got new highscores of 100k+ on sphere track 90, circletrack, and circleshot for the first time ever. Thank you soooo much, as you may have changed my aim forever, this somehow even made my flicking twice as good.
Amazing. I've been training both Smooth and Reactive. Though I'm the type to work on my weakness (which is reactive) so I do a little more routines on those. After watching this I'll switch things around and go heavy on smooth tracking. I'll be sure to give you an update. Appreciate the info!
@@TCaptainX your suggestion on reactive/smoothness tracking. MADEA HUGE difference. On RA Smoothxy, Ive made it on all the top 100 leaderboards for each difficulty. Your guides have been AMAZING. Ppl shouldnt sleep on you. Its crazy, I’ve only been on KBM consistently for almost 2 months. Appreciate you man
Tasks in video: rA JumpTrack, Aqua Smoothness Level 4, rA JumpTrack Easy, SphereTrack, A Glider Easy, rA SmoothXY, rA ReactiveXY Easy, rA UnansTrack, Ra RTH Easy
I've never had much issue with Smooth Tracking or Flicking (obviously I'm not a god but in overwatch and call of duty style games I don't have too much issue doing that for short to medium bursts) but its that reactive tracking which completely screws me, so thank you!
ive been aimtraining for many months now but ive hit a sealing and i just cant break through ive thought about how to keep my self improving so much. and i think that focusing on tracking and less on click timing is gonna help.
just a tip, maybe don't encourage people to focus on the target or else they're going to get in the habit of shooting without realising their crosshair isn't completely on the enemy. This may only be little but with games with high recoil and reaction time(flicks) this can highly disadvantage the player. What I would recommend is to only focus on the player for detection and info, and using the crosshair as an expansion of your eyes, so you can 'look' at the player to shoot them.
i like these vids man but i hate the fact i can’t find vids for my game tho me playing a game with recoil it’s so difficult to do these patterns whilst tracking
How often would you recommend doing this before hoping in your game of choice? Do you think 15 minutes of precise tracking and 15 of reactive tracking would suffice? Just curious to what you’d recommend per day to get that growth
Honestly I would focus exclusively on precise/smooth tracking for the first few days, maybe a week straight for about 30 mins per day. Then go 50/50 like you mentioned. 15 mins per set would be fine
I was playing like 5 years on one mouse that cost like from 1 to 10 dollars And my accuracy was like 85-92% When i bought new mouse, Cost:50$ My accuracy went to 65-81%
when I try to track targets for a longer time (around 10s) I have a feeling that my hand gets super weak and shaky and I can't continue. It doesn't happen to me in-game, only in aim trainers. I sleep around 9h a day so I don't think it's a problem with lack of sleep. Any help would be appreciated!
hmmm, sounds like a grip issue. Try holding L CTRL on your keyboard (shoot button) instead of left click and focus on keeping a super loose and relaxed grip
My biggest problem is falling behind/shakey aim i hope this helps i just started playing Apex and switched to mkb im already gold so i hope this pushes me to diamond
so i found out i suck a lot at reactive training, but i don't really think that smoothness training will help me maintain the same direction as it is switching up constantly in random directions that i have to predict and keep up with
Hi! is there a point where your playlist cant be played anymore? I have used this for a long time now, but now i cant find the playlis anymore. I cant find it in my favorites or when i search it up, any tips?
Wow, he can tracking very good with this movement green object. Me: After 20 years playing with Shooter (i play mostly offline games like Quake, Doom, Amid Evil or any shooter) > i cant tracking good with movement object from AimLab, WTF how 🤯 I'm feels bad 🤭😅
I have no reason to watch this I'm the same I'm good at tracking but i play on console I am a built different I have ascended into another being but goodnight cap I threw up but I'm fine
That playlist is awesome !! 15 mins on it I felt a huge difference already in the game ... crazy! Thanks dude, keep doing what you're doing 🤘
We need more vids like this. The tips will defo help me in Aim Lab. Will use those custom TCX playlists as well!
You’ll soon have some buttery smooth aim!

Love hearing this! Glad they help. Looking to do another aim video soon!
Tasks in video: rA JumpTrack, Aqua Smoothness Level 4, rA JumpTrack Easy, SphereTrack, A Glider Easy, rA SmoothXY, rA ReactiveXY Easy, rA UnansTrack, Ra RTH Easy
When I try these on aimlabs I get way different examples. Like the JumpTrack Easy jumps off my entire screen 360 degrees
All I can say is thank you, I have been struggling my to identify my tracking problems and find the appropriate training task.
Thank you for making this video it really helped me i was focusing on the crosshair while i had to focus on the target and other stuff
Never really realized that I focused on the cross hair instead of the actual target, Thanks.
Thanks for the playlist. Everyone with healthy joints can flick a little but tracking takes so much out of me.
thanks for the playlist. I will definitely try it today. great video.
Massively helpful, thank you! I'm trying to transition from controller to K+M as my thumb's are ruined. Great starting info 🤓
Smooth tracking would be the first thing I’d recommend on working on if you’re new! If the reception of this video is good I might do a flicking guide
Excellent video. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family if they also gamed.
“Hello grandma, you need this video’”
Thank you though Kevin!
love this video super chill and helpful
the aqua one is not "X-Y axes" as it only uses the x axes... love you my dude
I might have said it incorrectly, it’s definitely only on the X-axis though lol

appreciate this video! thanks for the tips!
Does anybody know the name of the very first Aim Lab task he showed? 0:47
Thanks for the help, this makes COD feel a lot easier
a MASSIVE thank for helping me in Call of Duty warzone.
You’re very welcome :)
Buttery smooth tracking for all!
Flick on your target and track it = top tier skill
ive been aimtraining for many months now but ive hit a sealing and i just cant break through ive thought about how to keep my self improving so much. and i think that focusing on tracking and less on click timing is gonna help.
Depends on what game you play, but in most BRs, yes!
"Don't squeeze your mouse" is probably the best advice here for me lol. I swear can't seem to relax my hands when tracking :'v
Tracking is by far the hardest category
W vid helped me alot good looks! :)
thanks for the video friend
Some csgo players might underrate but it will help u out massively
Always helpful t cap
Trying my best!
please help me how can I not shot the bullets? meanwhile I just want to aim the target like this 4:55
4:48 r u sure that's for the mouse not something else ? 🤔
Did your recommendation and first game on 10kill win. Ill definitely keep practicing☺️👍
Very nice, good luck!

Looks like Aqua Smoothness Level 4 only has a target moving on the X axis.
i watched this vid, and then after played gridshot and got my new high score
i like these vids man but i hate the fact i can’t find vids for my game tho me playing a game with recoil it’s so difficult to do these patterns whilst tracking
flicking is apart of tracking so everyone should be track aiming instead of micro flicking because it is better, and you hit a lot more shots.

@@TCaptainX Thank you so much. I think this will help. I didn't mention it in the first comment, but overall great video
I cant find ra jumptrack easy on aimlab
AND HERE a video to show u my tracking
also should u move with your wrist or your whole arm?
Completely depends on your sens. Generally, wrist for tracking, arm for the initial flick
@@TCaptainX ty and did u see my other messages
also what gamemode is good for tracking for a newbie?
hello what is that first aimlab scenario?
I was playing like 5 years on one mouse that cost like from 1 to 10 dollars
And my accuracy was like 85-92%
When i bought new mouse,
Cost:50$
My accuracy went to 65-81%
holy shit you're good
edti: earned a sub lol

I forget to breathe doing aim trainers
My biggest problem is falling behind/shakey aim i hope this helps i just started playing Apex and switched to mkb im already gold so i hope this pushes me to diamond
It should! Keep a relaxed grip and focus on your target
@@TCaptainX ive already moved up from silver to Ruby in Aimlabs dude thank you so much lol
Thanks for the tips cap and does aimlab suppost controller?
Yes it does!
i play 6 6 ads 0.50 on controller in warzone how do i adjust that to match in aimlabs
is your elbow resting on the table? mine sits on my chair's arm rest and always wondered if this is causing a problem. My desk just isn't very deep.
Mine on my table. If you play low to mid sens I’d recommend it if possible in your setup
What’s flicking? Is it when u go from one target to the next?
Any tips for tracking with a small mousepad?
Get a bigger mousepad
Any chance you can post your Aim Lab settings similar to the way you do for Warzone? Thanks Cap.
Like visuals and all that? Hop in my discord (links in the video description) and DM me, I’ll shoot you a screenshot when I can
Tnx bro
Hope it helps!
is the playlist nit available anymore
i cant find ra jumptrack easy idk if it got deleted or I'm just dumb
same
ah he has a playlist. its in there
Hi Do we have to look at the objective only for tracking or in general?
It’s a good rule to follow in general, however on some precise clicking scenarios you do need to look at your reticle
I have EXTREMELY good smooth tracking like I got 255k on circletrack or something like that but I have god awful reactive tracking
cant find the playlist when I search it?
rA jumptrack Easy not found. Does this mean it has been deleted?
I couldn't find an alternative scenario.
rA jumptrack is very hard to find.
Possibly. Sometimes the scenarios bug out. And yeah the other is super hard
so i found out i suck a lot at reactive training, but i don't really think that smoothness training will help me maintain the same direction as it is switching up constantly in random directions that i have to predict and keep up with
Hi! is there a point where your playlist cant be played anymore? I have used this for a long time now, but now i cant find the playlis anymore. I cant find it in my favorites or when i search it up, any tips?
Hmmm not sure why that would be. I didn’t delete it or anything. You could always make a new custom playlist of it yourself
How can you keep your sight on one point
I got 70% when my hands are relax but my hand relax or not relax its still shaking
Can you use controller with aimlabs
Aye thanks for the tip cya later cap
Cya tonight dare 👋🏼
How many hours do you have on aimlab?
bro i still find aqua smoothness 4 hard
Wow, he can tracking very good with this movement green object. Me: After 20 years playing with Shooter (i play mostly offline games like Quake, Doom, Amid Evil or any shooter) > i cant tracking good with movement object from AimLab, WTF how 🤯 I'm feels bad 🤭😅
is this helpful for aiming on rainbow six siege
I would assume so. But never played that
what accuracy should i aim for?
It depends per scenario. You just always want to be improving though!
Where can i play aimlab?
its free on steam
And never forgets to changes your mouse skates every couple months bad skates affects your aim
Any of these kinda things for controller on Xbox ?
I don’t think there would be much to take from this video for controller players, especially on console. Sorry!
any suggestions for console kbm?
hmmm maybe if you can find something moving at a constant rate of speed and track it?
Plz come back to keyboard and mouse ❤️
Actually my biggest issue isn't tracking, as I feel its quite good. My biggest issue is aiming for headshots and locking on to a player.
I have an older video for improving your sniping on my aim playlist. That might help
theres one problem with your playlist. in some tasks the weapon doesnt allow to ads. so you basically train hipfire sensitivity which is not optimal
Don't squeeze the crap out of it...Show it some love...lol🤣🤣🤣🤣
Caress it 💚
How you know ?
I’m psychic
none of these exist on aimlab
training tracking is the least satisfying thing ever.
I have no reason to watch this I'm the same I'm good at tracking but i play on console I am a built different I have ascended into another being but goodnight cap I threw up but I'm fine
Always intrigued to read your comments Shawn 😂 good night
I like your content but in your vids your all ways locking on to people
That means the aim training is paying off 😂

FACT this WILL NOT help you improve your tracking IN Apex Legends at all. Everything else? Yes.
aim exercises are totally useless...
