Yeah these were great. I made them last night as an app for dinner. Instead of spicy mayo i made an avocado sauce with jalapeño which paired nicely. But I think I had to put even more spice on the shrimp than I thought. I felt i put quite a bit into the flour and the egg dip but regardless the guests loved it. Shared your video with them.
I just don't get why ppl leave the tails on prawns. No one eats it. I want to pop the thing in my mouth and eat it whole not have to disect it while I"m eating it. Don't get the appeal!
