I'm trying to establish the habit of asking God each morning to guide me throughout the day. I have a prayer mantra based on the word TASKS. Thanks, Ask, Seek, Knock, Supplication for others. While I do ask for specific restoration from my suffering, I make sure to include God's will be done.
