Sim, somos latinos por causa do português (que é o sexto idioma mais falado no mundo), nós não somos é hispânico (falantes de espanhol), somos lusófonos (falantes de português).

Brasil hasta puede ser latino por el portugués que deriva de latín pero yo y todos los brasileños se consideran sudamericanos
