- This is my impression after using MX Linux 23 for the past 9 months. I am by no means a Linux expert these are just strictly my thoughts. I do recommend giving MX Linux a try if you have not already as my experience with this distribution has been excellent. Gaming performance has been great and I have had no issues updating the distro over the past 9 months. I think maybe I have to rank it higher than my previous favorite distro which is openSUSE Tumbleweed.
Thanks for watching.

Tried so many distros and so far MX Linux is the only one that was actually helpful responsive and didn’t brake whenever I sneezed.
Yeah it's been great for me too. Thanks for watching
I think MX Linux (KDE) will be an ideal distro for my photo / audio editing system. I always find each release of Ubuntu based distros introduce "features" which tend to cause issues. With regards to Debian having "old" software, it's less of an issue now that there are things like AppImages / Flatpaks.
Agreed
I've been using MX Linux since version 19 and never had a problem with it. This is one very worthwhile distro. I also use Solus and it is now working fine and solid with their problems resolved.
Yeah I enjoyed Solus as well. MX, openSUSE TW, and Solus and my favorite distros.
@@PadlockCheeseCake I run OpenSUSE TW on my Lenovo Think Pad X230 and it is sweet.
Debian based distro + flatpak is all you need. LMDE6, MX or just Debian are my only choises.
Yeah it took me a while to come around I was a distro hopper but i have 3 that are just my favorites and have been great to use.
great stuff. you sure the 3070 wont perform better on Windows without the need for wine/proton/vulkan layer ?
Yeah it does but the difference is marginal to me. It's more fun playing around with Linux lol
Apparmor not mounting.
