I was messing with Loki in training mode and I think scythe slight into nsig can have 1 frame Dodge window, also it's so cool to Do katars dsig down active input to dair to dlight.

ive been using loki ever since i got him he's OP and i just got the half pipe katar combos with specifically him! hes the first legend ive been able to do that with AND scythe has active input hold up on Nsig
