You're spending too much time messing with the gears and neglecting your final drive ratio. Tighten up your gears so you're higher in revs with each gear, then lower your final drive ratio. You'll be putting more power to the ground.
More specifically, look at what RPM you're hitting your peak torque. Your shift point (the bottom end of each line on the gear graph) should be no lower than that. Once you get that adjusted, change your final drive ratio to reflect your target speed. I have a feeling that 4.30-4:40 may be in the ballpark for maximum speed/power, with shift points around 6500-7000 RPM.
The way your gears are set now, you're dropping out of your power band with each shift.
(EDIT) I looked at one of your dyno runs, and you hit peak torque at 7000RPM. When you shift, your RPMs should fall no lower than that. Lower your gear ratios and raise your final drive or you're leaving speed and power in the garage.
