F12 is a certified ripper😍! Small side notes: The bog from the start might be the shimming, belt not going it's full travel. Or it would prefer 4-4.2gram rollers. A lot of new S6 R1200 / R1400 / R/T MK2 exhausts leak from the silencer. In Europe we just put gasket maker on it, let it cure for a couple hours and go full throttle. Sounds a bit ghetto but it works. Waiting on that disc brake conversion!!
lose the stage six exhaust get an yasuni c21 ! , carb air screw 1 1/2 turn. try and get full malossi overrange. if you want to go full wheely mode get and polini speed control vario. nice bike you have there! i owned 2 my self.
My silencer flew off my stage 6 pipe on the road back when I had my stage 6 bike with a sports cylinder. That bike would do 60mph easily. I blew up that cylinder from bad squish clearance. piston was hitting the head. I parted out that bike after that. I have a ruckus clone bike now, with a 100cc stock engine and a v8 pipe. other than that stock. It does about 55mph no problem. I am much happier with the speed vs. $$$ spent considering I had over 1000$ in the first bike, and less than 500$ in this one with less problems. Thanks for the share love the makita battery.
new road 100cc the second tune you made with the stiff contrast spring is actually most of the tunes you can hear in a '' 100cc malossi trofeo '' races , they get all the torque for those sketchy curves in the Magione track , you got that sweet spot with the soft contrast and it really fits on a 70 cc , altough a stiffer one is better from 86 cc and above
The F12 is my fave - love the Foggy rep. My Ludix Blaster runs a very similar rads and header tank set up. For easy bleeding just prop up front wheel and give it a few braaps with the tank cap off. Usually gobbles down another 200-300ml of coolant. Careful running too cold, chance of cold seize. Consider a thermostat 👍 great vid
Hey brother, watching from Puerto Rico, I have a F12 LC foggy. I've just finished watching the whole series and you have motivated me to build mine. Haven't even started in years, so wish me luck 😅
Hey man, greeting from Italy. Those things (Yamaha Aerox (GP1) and Yamaha BW’S as well) were all the rage in the 2000s. Some tips, a common mod back in the day was to install a GP1 radiator as well, in order to get usable temps on higher end cylinders. Also, as you already noticed, you should get the rear brake situation sorted out. Idk if you know this, but the Phantom was also sold with a read disk brake, you could try to get the casing with the disc and caliper mounts, as I don’t know if adapting a disc setup was possible with the drum brake casing
actually i have got an f12 liquid cooled from the factory , i think the frame is a little different because that coolant reservoir actually mounts inside the glove box
i have an inner rotor kit with no charging, how do you change the wiring so that the lights run off of the 18v battery, would help alot as i have to charge my motorcycle battery every 2 days to keep it fully charged.
insane build ! good shit I live in vegas but I grew up in france and used to own a mbk booster with a malossi MHR 70cc, Malossi MHR exhaust, internal rotor ignition MVT, stage 6 crankshaft, transmission kit overrange MHR and a carburator PWK 26, this thing was flying, I always wanted to try to swap it to liquid with a mbk nitro engine but I grew up and left my scooter behind haha Love your channel, it makes me wanna buy one again and im 34 yearsold today haha keep up the good work man !
Hey, I also have a problem on ma ac minarelli with the drum brake, It is also very bad and i've done everything a brake line, pads, double spring, even switched to another wheel and it is good for 2-3 days and then it just disappears. Will switch to a rear disc brake
If you go to some where that sell plastic single brick covers 9×4inch think they do them in Aliminum aswell They will look good instead of holes there dirt cheap what they are for is going over the air brick in a house stops mice getting in
Just checked out this channel for the first time today, been wanted to build up a scooter to mess around on. Then I saw that EZ90 cub you got, that thing is clean! Been looking for one nothing in my area unfortunately
From my experiences you don’t wanna warm it up not using the water pump, the point of warming it up is warming it up slow so otherwise it wouldn’t be necessary at all
Great job on that swap! That thing gets it! 👍👍 Maybe you could send that pipe back for a new one. Doesn't seem right to be leaking from the get go. Seeing those fancy rear wheel stands, makes me wonder why manufacturers ever went away from the center stands on bikes. My '67 and '69 Honda Trail 90's both have the center stand, and they are awesome for working on the bike.
Question please: I have a 06 BWs, will be putting a Polini 70cc head on this summer. Will up the jet by 10% and have a temp gauge. Do I need to suppliment my 2T oil by a little premix? or will my oil pump handle it? Thanks so much, love your content.
Have you tried using some Red armor 2 stroke motor oil in your 🛵 scooter? If it's A 2 stroke engine? on your scooter that is in the video you're doing on the that engine build.
Hey mate love the build I’ve done exactly the same on an air cooled Zip. Malossi overrange instead. Blue contra and half mix 4.5 and 4.7g rolls. Rpm hovers around 11,600rpm, only other difference is a Malossi Mhr team pipe. I would have thought you would want to be just under 12,000rpm seeing your using the R1200 pipe. Where are you at now with rpm?
hello bro i love wathcing ur videos i got 1 question i have a kymco agility 50cc 4stroke and im tryna put a malossi 88cc sport cilynder can u tell me how much kmh i hit if i put that malossi cilynder in?
hey man just noticed after watching this video for the 100th time you are still running af vacuum fuel system. You have to upgrade that to a better "petrol tap" I would suggest the malossi one. because the vacuum system cannot keep up if your riding full throttle for to long and that will result in the bike bugging out and run lean and foul your spark plug or destroy your piston. but a really nice video greetings from Denmark
I think what might be happening with back break is it's not gripping on drum and your just pulling on it opening so cams roll over try roughing the pad and drum ??
there is also the opportunity to install the carburetor to the rear. there is a special subframe that makes that possible. looks good when installed. have it also on my aerox and sr50. keep up good work - the ducati version looks awesome.ah and i forgot. i wont reccomend stage6 parts. the exhausts are quiet cheap stuff in quality. we here in germany (home of s6) had alot of those pipes... quality is bad, price is high - i recomend yasuni
i sent a DM on instagram about the regulator setup for the makita battery- im also running a makita battery on my KTM 150, but my lights just explode because its extracting 18v (i have a regulator lying around, just need to know how to wire it)
The f12 is even more awesome than before! I wish my Scooter could do atleast 50-60mph. But i don’t think that there are that Many good tuning parts for a Speedfight 2, it’s a french scooter from Peugeot. Does about 43mph on gps without the variator restriction if i’m riding downhill for quite a bit. Can do 34 on gps maybe more on the straights. But it’s broken at the moment, the thread on the crank and the axle Hilding the clutch Bell is gone. I torqued the nuts for the clutch Bell and the belt disc WAY too much with an impact wrench that has WAY too much torque. 800watts and has 331.9 ft-lbs of torque. And a new crank costs 1499SEK which is about 142USD. Expensive stuff.
@@ynk1011 yeah there are but not many very good parts. I have an air cooled sf2 and the website i order from doesent have many good parts. Sick dude!!!
