  • Father Gregory Boyle shares what he has learned in three decades working with marginalized populations at Homeboy Industries in Los Angeles, California. He will be joined by Connie Cordeno and Jose Arellano - two graduates of the program who have transformed their lives.
    Homeboy Industries was just announced as the 2020 Conrad N. Hilton Humanitarian Prize Recipient. As the world’s largest annual humanitarian award, the Prize is presented to a nonprofit organization judged to have made extraordinary contributions toward alleviating human suffering.

    They are so genuine. This is what God really cares about, not all the stuff that most churches dwell on. My life has been changed because of Father Greg’s life’s work. Thank you G.

    I can't even imagine the courage it took for Jose to follow through and go to Homeboys! After the questions, assuming his honesty would disqualify him, showing up and seeing those he wanted to avoid. Either tremendous courage or desperation or both. I admire you, Jose!
