The pinion melted because the one way wheels not doing their job, this is because the wheels are same size and the front was being driven by the higher speed gear. This in effect had the rear wheels working as a brake for the entire run. You need to pair the gears to the one way wheels, the green should be on the solid axle, the yellow should be on the one way wheels.

Was the gear ratio and the wheel better the opposite?
I'll stop this because it happened this time, but I'll try it again somewhere!

@@t-hirokihobbych Yes, the one way wheels are better with the 3.7:1 while the solid normal wheel is better with 3.5:1
The way you ran the car is the same as not using one way wheels but still using hybrid gear. Both axle fighting each other, also put more stress on the motor.
The slow gear must be on the one way wheels, so when the faster wheels push/pull the car, the one way wheels will spin faster than the gear driving them thus become "free wheeling".

@@t-hirokihobbych I made a post a short while back using the same principle, but running matched gear and different sized tyres.
I run 33.5mm on front medium one way and the rear can be on one way or normal wheel but is 35mm. The difference mean that the smaller, slower wheel is pushed faster than the motor can drive it so the one way diff works. Here's a link to car I ran: m4race.com/threads/leo-rangers-unite.534/#post-3254

Nice review! What is the best Mini4WD from Lets&Go Series? Some friends of mine want to race a cup (almost full stock) and it would be amazing to get a good chassis. Thank you in advance.

Did Ms machine in this video use normal tire without modify?

The front is low friction and the rear is super hard.
At this point we have not trimmed the tires yet.(26mm)
