ANDRITZ performs the mill shutdown at Eldorado, Brazil.

Between 27/08 and 02/09 of 2021 the last shutdown mill of Eldorado took place, in order to maintain productivity, increase performance and ensure the safety of employees.
ANDRITZ was present, with 250 professionals involved in the areas of drying, fiberline and recausticizing, managing, executing and monitoring the start-up of the plant.
With an action that involved the exchange of the digester top separator, a service performed for the first time in Latin America, it involved several teams, from product engineering, execution and ANDRITZ Service Center.
The planning starts months before the shutdown and takes place in a meticulous way, to guarantee excellence in execution, on-time delivery and the safety of all employees, in addition to the strict protocols against Covid-19.
