Wally used to be this sickly boy I had to help become comfortable with the world of Pokémon in Emerald version. Then I encountered him in the Battle Tree in Moon version in Super Double Battles. With only one Pokémon left, he narrowly defeated me. That's when I knew This boy has truly grown.

Yeah- A basic summary of my thoughts when the battle started had to be, "Oh crap, I want to let him win just once!", and near the end It morphed into: "Oh my god he is going to be the best pokemon trainer ever!"
And this, ladies and gentlemen, is one of many reasons why I love Wally as a character. His ORAS battle theme is awesome as hell. He went through a lot, despite his life-threatening asthma. And he's there, on Victory Road, waiting for you. Having never felt better. This time, he aims to kick. Your. Ass. And he knows he's perfectly capable of doing it. But he also knows he won't win against you easily, so he fights like it's the last battle he'll ever fight. No holds barred. Just all-out, winner-takes-all.
It took me about a minute in to realize how fanservice this is. I highly approve. Honestly, I always think of the two games as two different timelines. Think about it, it's Wally's story. Ruby and Sapphire are the "bad endings" for him, as he never seems to grow up and may be stuck in the past, which I always imagined led to the return of his sickness and his inevitable death. Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire would be the good endings for him, as he seems to grow on his way to the end, unlike his other timeline counterpart. He even stands in a field of flowers during his final battle with you (which these flowers are Red Spider Lilies, a flower that signifies someone you may never see again, in this case being the old, timid Wally) full of determination and, even in the aftergame, is seen in perfectly fine health, happy about how his life has turned out, and determined to better himself. ...just a thought.
And his gardevoir in Ruby and Sapphire represents his weakness, as it is depicted as a lady in a dress. However, in ORAS, his gallade represents how much his strength has grown,

It doesn't matter if it's the original to me, I thought it sucked, 'cause for me it was bland.)

Balanced for the most part, epic, hard (Champion Cynthia), and Badass (Team Galactic). 10/10 would play again. 2.Hoenn: Since ORAS, I am delighted with this region. Primal Reversion, The best aftergame by far, a badass soundtrack, and epic battles. 3. Johto: The longest aftergame, most content filled IMO, and loads of things to do, this game was great. 4.Unova: The reason it is not higher is because of the original BW. BW2 was amazing, I absolutely loved it. BW1 hovever, was lacking. It did have the most developed character in the series however. (N) 5.Kalos: This region is low because of Lumiose City. ITS TOO BIG. I spent more time there than any other city in the series. The main villain is a Cyrus Ripoff, and the game was too easy. Great Pokemon lore however! 6. Kanto: I know I will get hate for this, but Kanto was too easy and just lacked potential. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE KANTO. It is a solid region, but just can't compete with the others. Either way, this game was a masterpiece. These are my opinions on the regions and games of Pokemon. I can't wait for Gen 4 remakes!

I will miss battling you Wally... and his theme was cool.... also gallade is my 2nd favorite pokemon... so I had to wait, A LONG TIME (aka to the last battle with him) to get a dawn stone! And now that it evolved late (lvl.55) it didn't learn psycho cut or close combat ;~;

The gameplay was amazing, like mega evolution, easier ways to make competitive pokemon, character customization, fairy types etc, but everything else was pretty bad actually. It seems as Game Freak went reeeeally safe with the plot because of the controversy gen 5's plot made. I personally loved Unova's story, but I can see why they went safe this time.

When I first made it to Wally, I didn't expect much, but my god the amount of growth he's gone through made me feel happy when I lost to him. This remix even shows the growth he's gone through, excellent job!
The way that you've blended the two pieces is very, very clever. Ending the second piece on the next note of Wally's leitmotif is smart, but also using the key change as a form of sitting on the subdominant in order to increase tension is genius. Ending with the Hoenn french horns was perfect. :D
I haven't played ORAS, but I love this and how it gives the sense of Wally having had his own Pokemon adventure just like the player character. Tis a masterpiece, sir!

To be honest, adding the champion theme with Wally's theme together during the remix is kind of a turn-off (to me) but it's still pretty good
Ventus will That's not the Champion theme. It's the trainer theme from Ruby and Sapphire, aka the theme Wally had in those games.

When Wally showed up in Victory Road, i knew i was going to have to fight him, but the music that was playing while i was fighting him WAS SO AMAZING it just made the battle even more awesome, this song is just amazing in that same way! I hope that you can keep making these amazing songs Retro!

When I first made it to Wally, I didn't expect much, but my god the amount of growth he's gone through made me feel happy when I lost to him.

its fantastic,incredible,awesome,cool and it makes me cry cause you fill so brave when you are hearing the song.
The way that you've blended the two pieces is very, very clever. Ending the second piece on the next note of Wally's leitmotif is smart, but also using the key change as a form of sitting on the subdominant in order to increase tension is genius. Ending with the Hoenn french horns was perfect. :D
