Rule 2: When the/r/ sound is followed by another r then it will no longer be 'r' controlled e.g. carry, marry, carrot etc.
Rule 3: When the 'ar' sound is at the beginning of the word then it sounds partial. E.g. park, shark, Mark, charm etc
