  • Peter Schiff's Congressional Testimony 9/13/11 This clip was edited for content to comply with U.S. security regulations. Peter's unedited testimony, as well as the complete congressional hearing, is available on other youtube channels. Had Euro Pacific Capital followed all of FINRA's rules and procedures correctly it would not have been instructed to stop hiring brokers and would not have been fined.

Govt Debt, sitting in Tresuries Accounts at the FED, is simple private sector savings. $22T of private sector savings, what's wrong with that?, how else other than taxes can you drain reserves from the economy in order to prevent inflation. Peter knows nothing about how Central Banking works, no clue...but he has profited from the scaremongering very well...and gained legions of followers, like yourself.

Pure gold watching this in the end of 2022 and seeing how you predicted all that's happening a decade ago. It's also notable how they try the same recipes over and over again and it doesn't work over and over again... insane how the same people there use the same arguments today, seeing that for over 10 years what they do is not working. Yet they insist. Insanity in 20 min right here.

It is a crying shame that people get a degree in "economics" and will never hear the names: Mises, Rothbard, Hazlitt, Hayek.
Students are never exposed to Austrian ideas so they never even know there is a debate. Academics are too scared to let true Austrian economics come in, because the ideas are too powerful. They must silence them. The truth fears no investigation

I think that Doctor next to him represents the average every person, so the question is how do you communicate that message to the every person.
Peter is very solemn and factual (well he has to be it's a very grave situation the US economy is in at the moment)
