The industry is being run with camps, and like a single business entity where people with influential connections rise (and keep rising even after giving BIG FLOPS) and others arent even given a chance to compete or prove their mettle in a SINGLE FILM. Theres a lot more to this nepotism debate than just most mainstream actors getting roles (sometimes repeatedly like Arjun Kapoor..despite having not much talent) because of their background. That space couldve gone to a more talented outsider had that person been given a chance..which is what is not happening in BULLYWOOD. Audiences are also to blame because we are more excited to see star kids (since it provides for more masala gossip) and to see if they'll compare to their famous parents.
