Dude, encore is broken, this is not fake. She can even compete with top dps teams if encore built & used right. The only problem she has is attack interuption. Her Res. Liberation state is too short, you dont want enemies interupting her in that state because it will lead to huge dps loss. One way to make sure she doesnt get interupted as much is to Parry enemies attacks + quick swap.
