Idk I haven't seen anyone go for 30cm, it's genuinely not recommended to go for more than 8cm per bone, I would say 10+10 is possible, but that's 20cm, I don't think you'd mind being 2m, that's 7 feet, that's like 0.0001% of men
It is a rare occasion that patients lengthen more than 15cm+.
