There was also the oddball variant seen in very late Mk3's and early production Mk4 that was a wood dash covered in a black leatherette. Had a plastic dash in mine but inevitably swapped it out :D
@@nazcaplain ah, in fairness while a lot of original, unmolested dash panels may look a bit beat up and showing their age they have survived reasonably well considering they weren't made from a particularly high quality plywood base or adequately sealed up, unlike mine :D

@@peterh3233 The wood dash in my TR6 looks like garbage, but I'm okay with patina.
