I may have to sue one, I sent a contract on Friday and a letter for proof of funds on Monday. He will not return my calls, I think he wants one of his friends to get it. I am growing more angry by the hour and want to sue him for this.
I'm sorry to hear this. You can always contact the agent's broker of record if you're not getting a response. If the agent is the broker or it's a one man shop, then you can contact the board. It's been two weeks, how did this work out?
@@AgentCathy Hey, there were a lot of excuses but to be fair, I cannot say that what he did was with malice. He came around and I did get the house. I was upset because he had offers on the home for less than asking and I was paying all cash at asking and knew there were no other offers as big as mine. (I really wanted this place I grew up in that town ). I sent Ernest money and am now waiting on a close date. This place in going to be absolutely beautiful.
I guess some people aren't as honest as they portray themselves to be -- good advice
