I would suggest keeping this piece, it might be very good for Nilou (not as an off piece even since 2 piece effect gives more EM which is good for bloom). And your EM actually max rolled 3 times (started at max value and max rolled 2 times), so it’s definitely a piece to keep
@@K9L_IA Nilou wants HP mainstat, not EM. Yes, she needs ER too, but crits are not necessarily wasted, because she can crit with her hydro attacks. I was just saying that 70 EM on a +12 piece is actually insane. And it’s wanderers that gives +80 EM. So for characters that want HP mainstat and specialize in reactions it’s a pretty good piece. Even two rolls in flat HP are not wasted
Gilded dreams is definitely a good set for Cyno, but from my own lil thinky thinks as well as conformation from folks online, Thundering Fury seems quite competitive. Especially given that during his burst you need to be constantly doing quicken and aggravate, which means his E cooldown gets shorten a lot. At least in theory In GAME THEORY

fortunately for you moga i think cyno's burst has separate scaling from his normal attack, so there's no need to raise na too much (or at all). maybe if you want to do a little attacking during burst downtime, but i think his burst duration lasts quite long if done correctly and any downtime would be used for refreshing supports, so yeah unfortunately, candace uses the same books as him. so good luck haha yeah weapons,,,,,,,,,,, electro regisvine just isn't great for reverse melt ganyu testing it seems they did release the weapon's mats! it needs oasis garden, chaos storage, fungal spores, and the rest in those series

i have mostly everything prepared^^ boss is finished for lvl90, lots of mora and xp books, im only a bit shout on talent books and all thats left is get him and pick the beetles
so! cyno scales a lot of em so the em on the piece you show at the end is indeed good for basic reaction but for him as well! talent wise, i saw that you don't really need to focus on basic as much as the other talents. his burst has a 18sec duration while it has 20 sec cd, so you'll be in burst mode most of the time with him and his na during his burst are like raiden, they are considered as burst!
I’ve tried a lot of things to get the best clear time on the electro flower, I’ve tested just about every unit in the game and found the most successful runs were with Klee. When the flower finishes an attack it will give you a few seconds to hit the corolla. Klee’s pyro application can take it down incredibly fast with kazuha help and the bomblet from her skill can make it so when it does the swipe attack on the ground her bomblets will blow up and hurt the corolla. It’s not an exact science and I’m sure my tests were probably flawed somehow but I have been able to destroy the corolla during the flower’s first attack. I’m my worst runs with this team I still broke it before the second seed was shot off. For anyone curious the team is Klee, Mona, Bennett, and Kazuha. And as always best of luck to anyone who is pulling for Cyno!

An important note: Thundering Fury will definitely be a lot better for him than Gilded Dreams. Looking at his kit he's basically made with TF in mind
idk about that. His passive makes you use skill in a certain timeframe so the cooldown reduction is redundant.

Well its also much harder to perform than GD, youd have to use animation cancelling and all that shit to fully utilise tf. GD is much more smoother

At least from what leaks say, yes. Small sidenote that they still scale off of normal atk damage as for now, so emblem isnt looking like an option.
