Hi William. I got my shares out of Schwab after costing me $80. I received my certificate of 40,000 shares about a few weeks later. What do I do with it now? I’m afraid to send in the original certificate.
We need a list of everyone who shorted mmtlp shorts naked shorts and a count of how many and then we can talk before that we have all this information showing we are likely victims and even south korea and other countries are saying it my question is whose names will be in that list since it’s a hidden system only a subpoena or the president could get this information even then you need an independent i would say non new york based form to make the count if we could get this then we talk otherwise if we move from Scwab or wherever we let them off the hook they now will have no pressure and everyone will move on to nextbridge value and what is the value of nextbridge ? we have had no news no idea but if it had value wouldn’t we have heard some news ?? so also I hear people can’t get information from AST and they just changed their name last year or two i am wary of AST i was thinking should people move their shares to a roth IRA if it does settle they get that tax free I would like to hear someone talk about that angle i have quit the stock market it’s worse than tabling they have naked shorts to take every cent you have
Why haven't they just created an LLC and purchased NBH with cash per share? It is the only way I can see to bury the share count forever. Everyone gets cash per share and that is the end. Keeping this issue open just makes no sense to me.

At the most you give us confidence and awareness that brings monetary value to our lives. At the absolute very least you give us companionship through hardship. Incredible contribution to life. You completely fail to address the problems which apply to shares held in a traditional IRA or 401(k) account, and the even bigger problems which apply to shares held in a Roth IRA or 401(k) account.
Are you shares held at fidelity? Fidelity representative stated that it was hard to set a value so, they would set the value at zero for my tax statement. Still charging $100 for the transaction to AST though...
I Transferred My 4010 MMTLP Shares to AST, i Was On The Phone With AST I Was Told To Hold Hold My Certificate Which I Received In A Safe Place Unless I Want To Sell Then I Would Have It Signed In Which Buyer Signs As Well, So In My Opinion Talk With AST Get Your Information, As Well I Have My AST Certificate In My Safe And I Have Their Phone Number And They On There Recorder Call I Have 4010 Shares With AST!

Thus Schwab owes you NBH. But you don't have NBH until your shares are registered at NBH:
This is done by transferring them to AST. It may cost $75.
