When you fire the lancer on console it’s like it refuses to register your shots even when you have it perfectly lined up. It’s definitely a lot more consistent on pc And it’s due to the performance and optimization. I think the coalition only tests this game internally on pcs . Which is what would’ve lead the game to basically feel like there are two different versions

Just wanna say thank you for being honest. Few OTHER Gears content creator would’ve done that. It would’ve remained a gray area . Surprised you didn’t title the video something around that discussion in particular. But my boi you gotta use more precise words to articulate your point. But I do get what you mean when you repeatedly say things are “easier”
The game is processing everything much more consistently so everything feels a little more precise or how you expect when it actually occurs in game. For example on console if two players roll into each other the game ALWAYS does this weird laggy character displacement thing where one or both players get lagged to a different spot than where their character physically ended up after the roll it always happens .
Seems like the game is loading through the pc gpu much more seemlessly while gears 5 on console keeps having performance hitches and bottle necks that cause it to feel like it’s melting the console itself while your playing . Inputs feels sticky. Shots don’t register second to second how they should. Shots don’t come out for like a half second after a trigger pull it just feels “off “

Icy became the goat of Gears of War playing on console, so that "you need a pc to be a good player" is just bs, real men can do everything on console, only kids cry about how they neeed 120 fps or the game sucks, if you can't play good at 60 fps then it's a skill issue.
Bro I advice you to play at 1440p resolution it has no bottleneck and you will have high frame rates even at Ultra you will average 162fps, on High you will average 259fps, On Medium you will average 324fps. But at 1080p, there is a 9% bottleneck so that is why there was choppiness or whatever the problems you mentioned. When it comes to bottleneck you want to keep it under 5%. The 4090 GPU is designed for 4k Gaming. Just a tip don't shoot the messenger. But 1440p is the way to go to get the highest frame rates with your monster build and at the same time better looking graphics. Now at 4k, on Ultra you will average 102fps, on High you will average 164fps, On Medium you will average 205fps. I mean how much more do you need? Lmfao you're better off enjoying high graphics than low graphics. Just saying. Look into it.

I think that being able to play on low settings is an advantage for PC players. The game is much simpler with no effects, its easier to identify certain things and to focus. I tried playing on ultra yesterday, and I found it harder to keep track of my opponents with so much going on at my sreen. Too distracting imo.
avexys plays exclusively on pc and i always roll my eyes at his titles "how real pros play gears." you guys are already the top players in the world, being on PC is overkill. not knocking the platform anyone chooses to use, as long as it's not mnk, just saying, the boasting when you're on a superior platform is unwarranted

Yes there’s a huge delay input in controller on Xbox, but on pc the controller works like it should, the joysticks are very responsive to the actual moves you’re making in game, it’s basically symmetrical!
Coming from a PC player: The game is really bad with microstutters when you first start playing gears. When it’s your first time playing a map it’s really bad. It gets less the more you play Gears but I don’t have that problem on any other game. It really is poorly optimized.
There’s more shot delay on Xbox than pc . It’s ridiculous. Having switch to pc it’s crazy different
If you're going to stream and have all those games, you should definitely repurpose the content either on this channel or the second channel. It's just a smart business decision. You can still make unique games for your channels if you want but leaving that content there and not using it. I don't see how that's smart, if you're trying to use TH-cam to make some money. Maybe you can transform it somehow. Make it interesting. Do some commentary on the matches if you want. Or just straight up post the stream highlights the funny parts that happened on stream. The trolls that come in the stream. The weird things that happened in matches just don't leave that content there to die. That doesn't make sense to me if you're trying to make money.

every map you play, you'll have to download the shader cache, it's only once for each map. After that it'll be smooth. Most games do this before you even get to play online but they left it out for pc gears, idk why. and yes everything is much easier when we have higher fps and less input delay, that goes for any game
You should never be stuttering with a 4090 my 3080ti runs flawless just make sure all your drivers are updated all the time and your monitor is setup to the max hz it can run and you can run that shit on ultra setting all day no problems
Icy. I run pc as well man. Might be a bit personal but what's the estimated ticket on that? Mine is around 2400$ with everything I've done to it so far.
There are devices like XIM and Chronus that allows a player to cheat even on console, so technically playing shooting games in 2024 is pointless regardless of the platform pc or console
