Can you answer of my question regarding blower suction and discharge pressure? A grain bed of 900MT of grain is covered by a poly film air tightly. The grain size is 2.5mm and density is 760kg/m3 ,4 nos of suction nozzles of 100mm dia of length 1.5mtr are placed in grain commodity and having 25000nos of perforated holes of dia 1.65mm throughout along the length of nozzles.These nozzles are connected with a blower suction port by using a PVC flexible pipe of 100mm dia of 45 mtr length each and qty will be same as qty of suction nozzles. The discharge PORT of blower is connected with discharge nozzle through 30mtr PVC flexible pipes of similar spec of suction PVC flexible pipes.The discharge nozzles are of 100mm dia of 1mtr length ,having 21000 nos of perforated holes of 1.65mm along the length and qty of nozzles are 4 nos. These grains to be fumigated in closed loop system by using Phosphine gas PH3 and density of this gas is 1.38kg/m3. What would be the suction and discharge pressure? The blower specification are Flow Rate-290m3/Hr Static Pressure-440mmwc @20 degree Celsius
