I’m not sure where it’s available in English. The Dutch edition is called: “Pagina’s in het leven met een Soefi” . In the preface of the book there is mention of the English edition. But I never actually have seen it. It seems to be there in the archives of the International Sufi Movement. Maybe you can find it at: www.soefi.nl
