OMG, i just made the cucumber kiwi and added 2 or 3 dates for a little more sweetness and LAWD, i'm about to hurt myself. I used it as a sauce for my salmon dogs...didn't even need bread...YES, YES, YES! Thank you so much. Now I'm about to make your mushroom wings & Cherry Bar-B-Que Sauce. Your recipes are amazing. Thank you so much for sharing.

Javant. you are quickly becoming my guru. I hit download right after I hit play, lol. I was a GFCF vegetarian for 12 years and went WFPB in February 2022. (Long story, but the universe provided me a surgeon who was a WFPB outside-the-box thinker. 🙏) I knew there had to be a better way to eat healthier as a vegan. I had already doubled my variety of spices, used water or broth to saute... but lacked the know-how to get rid of the oils or have a good substitute for ground meat (cuz TVP don't cut it.) I appreciate you so much!!

It’s really strange, isn’t it? I can go vegan for the longest time, and then one day it’s like..”DAMNIT!!! I need a cheeseburger NOW!!” Or a fried egg, or whatever. Then I feel really crappy physically the next day, but at least the carnivore urge is gone!

Javant, WOW. Just wow, because... I have never had much interest in gazpacho and felt bad about it (actually, yes, it seems like a natural fit for my palate) but I watched the video because, well... it's you. You show, you instruct, you encourage, you somehow energetically "invite people in" and we cannot help but become focused and interested. Now: I've been WFPB for quite a while and I don't really have "issues" with my health, but I AM completely curious about all things culinary as well as ingredients, techniques, and different angles of interpretation on foods and recipes. YOU WIN. I am now totally absorbed with the idea of making one or both of these!
We hesitate to use our oven in warm weather (currently topped out today at 90 degrees F) so it might be the cucumber kiwi first, but the Amarillo Gazpacho is a sure-fire winner. And the bread? I don't eat bread, normally, but dang, this one is whispering to me, so I can't wait to see the recipe and the demo. My husband LOVES bread and he's going to be very very interested in this when he gets a chance to see it. Both of us freely share your YT channel when someone asks us "You really DON'T use oil? Your cooking is SO GOOD." Just recommended your channel a couple of days ago, again!

I’ve never had gazpacho before but those look delicious. I’m up for trying something new😊 Javant, have you ever done a soup with Delicada squash before? One of my neighbors gave me several of them because her friend gave them to her, but she doesn’t know how to cook them. If I’m being honest, I don’t either, but I’m willing to learn. Most of the soup recipes I looked up though have butter, oil, sugar, chicken broth, salt & the list goes on. Any ideas on how to cook these without all those ingredients? I’m sure I can figure something out researching a little more, but I thought I’d ask the healthy vegan eats expert first😉

Gardening is therapeutic; I tend to grow too much I have 26 fig trees from 22 different varieties, plus so many passion fruit vines of yellow, red, & purple varieties I grew from seeds. I have them on trellis and all around the chain link fence. Many grape vines too. Mostly birds eat my grapes, blueberries (22 bushes from 20 different varieties) & strawberries.
