Most of the services have been done with guest speakers or other pastors for many months already. Again, he is 83 years old, so this is all normal for his age.

I struggle with depression and wanting to leave here sooner, than later. I am an active, very hard-working person who is slowly breaking down and losing the ability to do things. I am trying, and I believe that God is with me helping me through it, but it is definitely a struggle.

It's a roller coaster that I believe would grow tiresome if I continued to ask for prayer. You are kind. Every time I reach a low point where more worrisome thoughts arise, I rest, read God's word, and pray. I fall asleep and wake feeling less troubled. Sometimes, i put the Bible app on to read as I sleep. It is comforting. This world is fighting against unseen forces that are hard to fight because I can't see them coming.
