You go Nesha! For your taxes you use your home, you know you can submit your electric bill and other similar utilities. Check with your tax person. I know some of the tax laws have changed. I have a financial advisor that used to itemize my taxes. But things have changed but it won't hurt to check.

Yeah will all that OMG you need one and it goes right into your computer files. Idk what they are doing now. But those recipes fade and you have nothing left.
I was going to suggest that also. You can even scan them with a phone app.
Or I just put them on your scanner and copy them on the paper with your printer or take pictures of them and save them as a PDF
