Thank you for this and all the swamp runner tips! You have been a big help my friend!!
You are welcome and thanks for watching!
lol almost sounded like alright, alright, alright
My go to technique. It works
Yes it does! Just have to take your time with it!
Even better! Love it!
Maybe this one will stay lol
You so good!
Well thank you 😊
I really need to pick that up. Lol
You sure do lol It's good to know!
You will damage your reel cuz you put pressure on the wheel if you do this to much its gonna cost you some
Thinks for the tip!!
Just pinch that little loop with your fingernails and pull it loose and THEN pull your mainline. I’ve NEVER not gotten a birdsnest out, ever, and that’s not hyperbole. But maybe I’ve also just never had a spool-ruiner….
I also didn’t mean to sound like I’m crapping on this trick, my buddy always uses it, I’ve just never needed to…
Yeah that work too! I had some really good ones when I first started with a baitcaster 😆
@@Smiththebat oh no I understand what you were saying! What ever work right!? Lol
@@Bamaoutdoors ya mostly as long as you don’t just YANK on your mainline right off the bat, you should be good. I find it’s just that first loop that needs to be loosened and I’m good to go! 🤙
Real way to fix a back lash is to throw it in the garbage and buy a spinning rod n reel or a fly rod n reel. Bought a bait casting combo 450$ and threw it in the garbage after the second time using it complete garbage
WOW I would have took that off your hands lol! I bought a fly reel/rod combo but have never used it yet! I need to get that thing out and give it a try.
@@Bamaoutdoors it went from bad to worse 😂huge birds nest then snapped the tip of the rod on the tailgate of the truck that’s was the sign I shouldn’t own a bait caster 😂
Lol Oh yeah that's easy to do!
