i just reduced the frequency of my hair washes to 2 to 3 times a week. i apply the reactivaate serum daily and wash it off with plain water after about 10 hours. i use coconioon shampoo and the conditioner of litttllextra twice a week. i make sure to get eight hours of sleep daily and have reduced stress. this routine has really helped me, resulting in no hair fall and increased hair growth.
The video could have been much more clear and sorted rather than you talking about it for hours which makes me lose interest to watch the entire video.

Do dermarole go through instruction videos like which length to use, how to use and how many times thn use pilgrim serum, use mulberry silk pillow and avoid oiling to the scalp thn lastly use good shampoo… believe me it will help a lot as m doing these things for my hair and it working

change the shampoo first oily scalp doesn't need more oil u can do oiling on hair shaft only not scalp
