his songs bring back sooo many memories of when my grandmother took myself..sister and cousin to church...I didn't understand or appreciate these great songs back then but I sure do now...I'm grateful these 'real' gospel songs are still around the kind that stirs up something in the soul..and bring out real emotion, real worship.

The title says, that Pastor is leading "devotion" and maybe sometimes we need "devotional services" that when the songs of Zion lead to souls being saved! I love "praise and worship" but sometimes I wish I could hear the songs that the Saints feed us!
...the Elder at the end was well aware of what Bishop was singing about...he's been a minister for many years @ Perfecting...this was @ the beginning of service & he simply transitioned from the 'rain' that Bishop was singing about, to the Spirit 'raining' in the service...that's why he goes into a prayer at the end...Bishop is selective about who he allows in the pulpit, & I guarantee you he wouldn't allow anyone who isn't prepped to do an invocational prayer.
You know the instruments are fine. Too many can clash together. "LET EVERYTHING THAT HATH BREAHTH PRAISE THE LORD!" Now remember Bishop Winans does have a particular instrument. Can anyone guess?
