hi doctor . great video . i have tried this brushing motion instead of in and out motion and it immediately caused the fracture of three reamers in four cases that i was working on . so i know i did something wrong but after giving it some thought i think brushing motion are not safe for me because the apical third of the file is stuck trying to shape the narrow apical third and at the same time i am pulling the coronal third of the file to the sides trying to achieve this brushing motion which puts alot of pressure on the file . of course i am not saying ur way is wrong but for some of us that cannot afford a new set of reamers for every patient and have to use them few times after autoclaving . so what is the safest motion that we can use ?
