nah, if you just hang out at your close friends house, then yeah casual clothes it is. But if we're out, then I prefer to fully dress if possible. You dont know who you might run into so just present your best at all time if you're out. That being said, fully dress for man is just shoes, long jean, shirt, jacket/flannel, and hat. you'd be surprise by how many people cant even meet that standard for their "casual"
