    When someone says their conscience is clean after doing something horrendous. They don’t belong with society, they should be with others who don’t feel bad for the bad that they do to others.

He was seen looking out the window and smiling about the whole thing. He had law enforcement officers actually pounding on the vehicle itself to get him to stop. He acted like a disgusting jerk in court by openly disrespecting the judge, prosecutors, and witnesses; and if all that was not bad enough, he openly mocked the victims in court. U hit the nail on the head. He acts manic at times and very narcissistic. I have a sperm donor that's a narcissist, so the 1st or 2nd day, I realized what he was. Narcissist have a 1 track mind. Wen they have a thght, that thght is right and there's no other way. Wats almost funny is he's so dumb, he doesn't realize the judge was going to be the one sentencing him. In his world uts about control. Confuse and blame is a common narcissistic tactic. This whole trial, that was his means. Make ppl lose their train of thght and bam , he's got ya. I saw it happen so many times. He's a vile and disgusting human. I agree he has NO CHARACTER and NO REDEEMING VALUE. I also Believe his mother, Dawn woods needs held accountable. Even tho , he said she walks Mile's to catch the bus to go to work, "he worried about that." IMO he most likely took over her vehicle and she was forced to walk to work. The least he cld do, if he was so worried , why not drive her!?!? He says he's had many jobs, imo that's a lie and so it wldnt be a problem to take his own mom to work but imo he didn't wanna get up. He's been to court 8x for failure to pay child support. He's a fake a phony, but with the overwhelming evidence, my ah ha moment was as he just said I, me me me, I me me I, I blew my horn and alerted ppl of my presence. Ok , if he knew to blow his horn HE SAW PPL. IMO this is shortly after the Rittenhouse trial and not many miles from its location. In my honest opinion, about halfway thru this became a hate crime. I believe his mom and grandma pumped and mom even said "if he got help sooner ,this wldnt have happened." So she's blaming da w hite man . Sad . I'm not racist but I believe he is and his mother is.

    • @kevinashley478
      @kevinashley478 ปีที่แล้ว +13

      The problem is that he believes he is the smartest man in the room. That can be seen, when he says that the DA need a team to deal with him, during his statement before sentencing. He had zero awareness that she needed a team due to the voluminous amount of evidence. I am a smart guy, but you couldn't PAY me enough to represent myself. And if there was a day where I had a stroke and thought that I should represent myself, I could easily do a much better job than he did. I have yet to figure out the theme for his defense. He literally seemed to just throw different rationales against the wall and hope the jury accepts one of them.

    • @PinkyakaAyannaj
      @PinkyakaAyannaj ปีที่แล้ว +7

      @@kevinashley478 So I believe his prior attorneys had a defense for him.
      Temporary insanity as well as bringing up the fact that that model of car had been recalled numerous times.
      Once they did all the leg work and all the paperwork, he fired them. He figured that he would just use all those notes and things that they put in those banker boxes and he would be able to get himself concurrent sentences. If he played it correctly he could have gotten at most 30 years in a mental facility. With good behavior he would have been out in 12.
      Even the dumbest lawyer with a law degree could have actually got him that very sentence.
      Heck looking back on it I could have represented Daryl and gotten him that sentence of 30 years x6 plus 12 years for the other 67 counts. without adding on the five to be served concurrently in a mental institution. I'm telling you dude would have been home in 12 years.
      The reason why that did not work is because he truly is just evil.
      He's so evil that he didn't understand that throwing himself at the mercy of the Court would have actually done him some good.
      He's so evil he couldn't even play crazy right. Any person who has five psychiatrists tell you that you're not crazy is really of sound mind and body.

What a disgusting human! Every single word out of his mouth was an excuse because he didn’t take accountability for his wreckless actions and behavior! The fact that he wanted to use jury nullification was just another excuse for him to get out of having to take responsibility and accountability for what he did! His body language throughout the whole trial along with his attitude is proof of how immature, disrespectful and arrogant he is. The fact that he said "I don't understand why this was God's Will" It wasn't, it was your blatant disregard for life and your stupid decisions that put you in this position, the fact that he tried blaming it on God is disgusting!! @@Evilfish82 the law allows a person to represent themselves, the same way that it guarantees representation even when it's inaccessible by financial status. he is allowed to make that choice because it's flat the law. failing to allow this would be illegal.
      which means he's also allowed to make a fool of himself. which is exactly what he did, and what exactly....probably anyone will do when they elect to enter legal proceedings by themselves, rather than pick someone who does it professionally.
      the court does not care if you find it offensive that he is allowed to do that, because the court doesn't care about your feelings. the court cares about the law, the law says he is allowed to choose self representation.
      the court didn't make a show of anything. recording proceedings is what they do, if a news station chooses to give it this kind of air time, fine.
      frankly, i really don't get why it lessens your opinion. the court not only followed the law, but in doing so, allowed him to repeatedly dig a hole. the judge, through her saint-tier patience, made it stupidly easy for the jury to recognize how awful a person this guy is.
      then behold, he gets exactly what he deserved, while preserving due process.
      your opinion very evidently does not care about due process, which is the cornerstone of the US judicial system. it should never, ever, ever be skipped for any reason.
