Q: What thickness doors will this lock work with?
A: This lock fit for 36-50mm（1 /2-2inch）thickness door panel.
Q: Is a drilling template available for installation?
A: Yes, it comes with a accurate measurement you take from edge of door and that's where you would drill hole for installation. So you do not confused about the installation.
Q: If the door is locked by the key, can it be opened by the lever on the other side?
A: One side is key to lock and unlock, inside is the lever to open. The key and the lever have the same function, either will lift the latch.
Q: How much does the lock stick out on both sides of the panel?
A: It is about 1/4'' for each side. So you should got enough room if you install it for a pocket door to make the door can be routed out after installation.
Q: Will this work outdoors at house side gate?
A: Sorry, I am afraid that this lock might be not very safe to use for house gate.
This door lock fit for either left or right handed door, fit for double sliding barn doors and pocket doors.
It can be bolted inside or locked outside. When it is bolted inside, it can be unlocked by the key from outside.
We Provide a template as the same size of the lock.
Do not worry you are unable to find exact size for installation.
Please pay attention that you should always face the keyhole when installation.
If you install the lock on left hand door, please keep the lock core horizontal.
Opposite if you install the lock on right hand door, keep the lock core vertical.
