I think there should be minimum criteria for paper 2 as well… though paper-1 is not wrong..and for class one also same rule sd be applied, it is new change so with time all will score good in both exam……40% sd be minimum criteria for paper -2… I think hppsc is trying new things which is not wrong but reforms are needed..I think if hppsc sd refund money if hppsc found question wrong..IAS 2022 also has 37 marks as cut off in pre ,there is nothing wrong in it if cut off goes down due to tough question…but minimum criteria in paper -2 is must…
Sir how paper 1 is justified when around 98% plus student are disqualified for paper 2? It shows subject Knowledge doesn't matter . Second thing there can be deviation in difficulty level of Paper 1 for different subjects in order to maintain equity there should select candidates in ratio of total seats / 1:5 or 1:10

भाई साहब किसी की योग्यता का 2nd पेपर में आए नंबर से आंकलन मत करो , हो सकता हैं, इसने पहला पेपर भी पास किया हैं और मास्टर डिग्री भी ली होगी,TET पास भी होगा हो सकता हैं कि ये कैंडिडेट PHD हो TET हो,NET qualify हो पर इस पेपर में नंबर नहीं खींच पाया हो, अब तो E option भी था, हेरा फेरी का भी कोई chance नही था , इसलिए किसी को भी ऐसा मत बोलो कि नहीं पढ़ा पाएगा, HPPSC ने नियमों के अनुसार ही किसी को रखा होगा, वहाँ पर भी IAS qualify बैठे हैं, कोई PTA प्रधान नहीं, जो बिना commission के ही टीचर रख देते थे और कुछ सालों बाद वो रेगुलर भी हो जाते थे

Gd evening! I'm glad somebody raised the valid loopholes in recruitment with a very headstrong voice. I want to add hpas prelims ex-servicemen cut-off is also quite interesting do comment on the same.
In most of the papers conducted by hppsc like hp set too there is no negative marking.....Sir you should also take this as a serious issue too......There are some students who work hard but coz there's no negative marking some students guess work too works....n most important time management and question paper setup are really disappointing......

Uper se reservation sabse ghatiya system, jab nalayk hi bharne hai to exam kyu lete, es hi bhar le. Or hum majboor hai other states mai jakar job karne ko.
रिज़ल्ट खराब hppsc की वजह से नहीं जो aspirant थे वो एग्जाम के नेचर को ना समझ पाए जबकि रूल शुरू से सबको पता थे और सबको दोनो पेपर में अवसर था मार्क्स लेने का पेपर वन पास करने का और जो सब्जेक्ट एक्सपर्ट है उन्हे भी मौका था कि वो 1.50 मार्क्स वाले को बाहर रख सकते थे
