That was so helpful!!! I stopped wearing makeup because my eyes changed and started drooping on top of being hooded and none of my makeup techniques were working for me anymore and I didn't know what to do! I'm also grateful that you developed a mascara for aging lashes. I have thin, sparse, greasy eyelashes that nothing ever seemed to work for. I'm going to be trying your out!
I NEVER participate in comments and I usually bounce around tutorials looking for something that will make me look a certain way. I never actually thought about how to enhance what I have, embrace an ageing face, etc... (I'm 44). Love this technique! I use cream shadow and you must prime the eyes,otherwise it slips and creases. Your primer is the bomb. I don't know who your chemists are, but they definitely know what they're doing. It's so nice to have a lady in the know!!!
Love the idea of doing the eyes first then finishing the face because there's less product layering (which makes us look older) going to try it today!! Thanks! I'm 56 and don't have much eyelid " real estate " so while I don't have a hooded eye from aging, everything is still a little saggy. And as we know a little sag anywhere adds years. I don't mind aging gracefully and surgery is a no for me, but tips and tricks are a win! 🤗

This is so great! I have hooded eyes and this video came up in my recommended! My eyes also angle down and the line of my lid extends out further, so this is perfect. I actually do something pretty close (I use bronze eyeliner and I do the trick with macara) but I'm excited to try the drag up from the last lash!!
Thanks for the tutorial. I have never used much make up, but am finding that I feel more attractive when I put in the effort. Pushing eyeliner into the base of the lashes makes so much sense, and looks great. Now that I found you, I will look for more videos!
I love the makeup especially the beautiful eyeshadow colour! This way of doing eyeliner is one of my favorites because it is easy and subtle, plus I have heavy hooded eyes so this really gives them a lift without looking uneven or wonky. Your hair is absolutely stunning too!
New Subscriber here and so excited to join in. I have extremely straight eyelashes that won't hold a bend with an eyelash curler. Because of this, I hardly wear mascara, but use eyeliner every day. I did try this and great results, but it will take practice to work in that lash line.

So, I finally got my products! I love the foundation, which is the first that actually matches my skin tone. Usually I have to mix different shades to match me. You matched! Got my mascara too. Love the tips in this video. However between my hooded eyelids, my oily skin, and my watery eyes due to allergies, I can’t use pencil eyeliners because they smudge and transfer all over my upper and lower eyelids. Pencil eyeliner ends up becoming a mess within an hour or so of application. Doesn’t matter what eye primer or pencil I use. Same reason I can’t do cream eyeshadow. Do you have a recommendation for this problem?
I've learned pencil eyeliners don't work for me either. Waterproof liquid liner works well, like the other person said. It's great for a dramatic look, since the eyeliner has such a clean line. I personally prefer a softer look using a dark powder eyeshadow with a small, precise, chiseled angle brush. The types of liquid liners that don't transfer also don't smudge or defuse on my skin when wanted. I like using eyeshadow for my eyeliner so the lines aren't so harsh. I also get more control over colors, so I can make my eyeliner darker towards the end of my eye and lighter towards the center and/or middle. I get compliments when I do this, so I think it's safe to say that it's a nice look. It's all personal preference depending on the look you're going for, but I can say that a decent quality eyeshadow with the right brush would work well for the look in this video. In comparison, it might be a little harder to get a liquid eyeliner cleanly in the lash line, but it would still be doable.
I got semi-permanent "lash line enhancement" earlier this summer and I love it. I realize it sounds kind of drastic to get tattooed, but it doesn't smudge, and I wake up with it perfectly in place. I'm definitely converted.

I like the idea of pivoting as we age. That is such a great way to look at life. I was so sad not being able to wear makeup the same as in my 30s but pivoting just allows you to not feel like your beauty is over.

i am litterally crying because my mom who recently canceled her eye surgery so that she could fund my starting over (im a recovering addict) in a biotech beauty industry business. ok whats important here is i feel so guilty that she cant to her surgery now. i am buying her the lids by design because she deserves to get what she wants i love her so much and i hope she gets some results. thank you for introducing me to this product so that i can give something back to the woman who has given me so much 107 clean and sober!!

Thank you so much for this video. Im 37 and I had neck surgery in February and my optic nerve was disrupted during and caused horner syndrome. I have been trying to figure out how to even my eyelids out without a lot of makeup since the right is droopy now and i can't wear get my eye makeup right! I also have very fine barely there lashes. It's been very frustrating for me. I was considering upneeq but I work long days. I have an assessment for surgery in January but this helps so much with my self esteem right now.❤️

Thank you for the tutorial.I really must try the last eyelash trick because my skin is not firm enough to take a eyeline pencil wing! As for washing your laundry, all my clothes go into a front loader delicate wash cycle of 30 degrees celcius. Never had an issue with bleeding colours, shrinkage, etc. As for those dreaded labels, I can't even see them let alone understand the symbols...
Thanks so much for this! I've been doing something similar but I was still trying to use a black liquid liner. I've accepted that at 31, a black or winged eyeliner just doesn't look good anymore. I never really had the eyes for it but could make it work, now though it ages me 😂
i feel you are more of a winter, and grey and bright touches of fuschia would be amazing on you, with a berry or burgundy lipstick. would go great with your hair color and eyebrows, imho💓💖💕
I’m 52 and luckily am not wrinkling but I’ve always had puppy dog eyes that are slowly drooping at the outer corners. I’m very pale and use medium brown liner and mascara. My lashes are very long so that’s exactly how I get that lift….keep lifting the corner lashes upward. And light on the eyeliner because it only brings light skin down. I love brightener too.
You totally rock! Yeah I can't give up my youth thing lol But really I have went through h3## lately and I feel I've aged quicker over the last 2 month than normal. Have you tried Latisse yet for your eyelashes? Its RX, but it was worth it for me my lashes touch my eyebrows.

Thank you for the tutorial.I really must try the last eyelash trick because my skin is not firm enough to take a eyeline pencil wing! As for washing your laundry, all my clothes go into a front loader delicate wash cycle of 30 degrees celcius. Never had an issue with bleeding colours, shrinkage, etc. As for those dreaded labels, I can't even see them let alone understand the symbols...
Thanks so much for this! I've been doing something similar but I was still trying to use a black liquid liner. I've accepted that at 31, a black or winged eyeliner just doesn't look good anymore. I never really had the eyes for it but could make it work, now though it ages me 😂

A brown or deep burgundy lip liner with that bright coral, worked into an ombre... Might tone it down and be pretty.

I’m 52 and luckily am not wrinkling but I’ve always had puppy dog eyes that are slowly drooping at the outer corners. I’m very pale and use medium brown liner and mascara. My lashes are very long so that’s exactly how I get that lift….keep lifting the corner lashes upward. And light on the eyeliner because it only brings light skin down. I love brightener too.

If you refer liquid liner, basically try painting the top side of the lashes, barely touching the skin, for a thin line

You totally rock! Yeah I can't give up my youth thing lol But really I have went through h3## lately and I feel I've aged quicker over the last 2 month than normal.
