1. Test vote: jab koi voter ye complaint krta hai ki uska vote correctly record nhi hua arthat vvpat me wo prchi nhi nikli jisko usne vote kiya...ya koi annya karan . Presiding officer duwara confirmation ke bad wo rule 49 MA ke tihat vote krega.
2. Challenge vote: jb voter ki pehchan ko lekar problem khada ho to is awastha me
Agent se 2 rupees ka shulk PO ke pas jama kiya jata hai agar identification ke bad wo voter vote krne ki permission mil jata hai to 2 rupees ka shulk PO duwara zabt kr liya jata hai
