Among all the financial advices I have heard or read, this is by far the easiest to understand. Financial counsellors more often than not, drowns you with so much terminologies na wala kang clue kahit i-explain.
Key take away from this is I shouldn’t buy anything if I can’t afford the to buy 10 pieces of whatever it is that I would like to buy. Its a stretch so I will start with just 5 muna. Lol
tutulong talaga ako sa mama at lola ko hanggang kaya ko kasi I owe it to them and they're both seniors. pero thank you talaga dito B!
Another life saving video from Miss Bianca. May all youtube viewers particularly young adult or anyone who is starting a career/ a serious life will find this video as a good guide. I love you, Miss Bianca.
Ang galing mag explain ni Ms. Rose, pinaka prangka na sagot--no dependents-no insurance.
At meron ding nagagalit. :( So let us just be aware of the so-called "conflict of interest." Good luck in your FQ journey! Cheers!
This is my fave episode of Paano Ba 'to?, Ms. Bianca! Lagi ko itong binabanggit sa mga friends ko specially sa pagkuha ng insurace/ policy....this helped me a lot noong kumuha ako ng second VUL, naipa- design ko na 'yong policy according to my needs....Thank you po!!!! 💗😊💕

Thank you sa adviceee!!! Big help!!
Whether you have or do not have dependents, you need insurance. Life insurance cannot only be for the dependents but also for yourself. What if magkasakit ka? You should have health insurance. Also, save up for your retirement. There are insurance na may death and living benefits. The living benefits, you can use while you’re alive.
I agree with you 😊
I love it. Thank you again for this.😊
Thank you for sharing this Ms. Bianca. I really need this hehe 😁😁
This vlog is full of essence. A lot of things to learn in life👌🏻😇 Amazing job B♥️
Super informative. Thanks for the advice :)
yehey!!!!!
Thank u so much for this! Na-enlighten ako dun sa diff ng insurance & investment. I'm about to meet my agent about an educational and insurance plan for my son. I'll definitely ask about investment plan. May natutunan dn ako about sa savings instead na stagnant lang sya is maganda ang long term. I will also ask my agent on that about my insurance.
P.s. I tried checking fqmom.com and its super friendly. Hope to get a response from the email i sent hehe. Also, will try magic of compounding definitely recommended even if student ka pa lng. Wish I had known that when I was in college. Better late than never.
More power!! 💓👏🏻
This is what we need
Thank you for this ms bianca 💕
I love this vid. Thank you. 👏
Part 3 please!!!
Damn. I love this sort of videos. Thanks for this!! :)
Super helpful!
nice topic. pano kung may utang saan sya ksama na percent??
Super helpful! 💯
I NEED THIS!!!
That's true, "it's not how much you earn, it's how much you save." If you can't wisely manage your money when you have a low income, you will not be able to manage it well when you have a decent one.
Thank u Bianca
I wished this video existed before I bought an insurance huhu
Question!!! Is it okay to use your savings (coming from the 20% that you’ve saved) to go on a vacation?
I suggest you create a separate 'vacation fund' coming form the remaining 80%. The 20% savings for me is more on emergency fund, life goals like education for kids or retirement for you. Hope this helps.
christine fabic Got it! Thanks!
ano po ba magandang investment, real state or mag ipon at mag invest muna sa mga investment nga lalago yung pera mo???
I kind of don't agree with with what she said about "if you do not have dependents, then you don't need insurance".. it is a very common setting amongst us Filipinos to always have dependents just like what Bianca said, and what I'm trying to say is that nowadays its not even a quetion if you have someone na umaasa sayo because many of insurance companies offer living benefits like coverage for Critical Illness, Hospitalization, Disability, Surgical and the likes. Its not merely just a coverage kapag namatay ka. Just like a term insurance, its cheap because thats its only benefit. While yes it is true that VULs are more pricy e ksi you have so much benefit from it while also allowing portions of your payment to gain value (investment). You buy insurance for its protection and living benefit not for investments purposes only. Because its really not to be positioned as investment in the first place. People buy insurance for the protection benefits that is maximizing the potential of their money in times of uncertainties like accidents, hospitalizations, critical illnesses... basically to protect yourself and your income not just for the "dependents".
And personally, I think it is unethical to ask a person how much she earns for providing services to you. I think the key nalang is ikilatis mo if your agent or advisor is sincere with his or her intentions of educating you about your coverage and protection needs. And also, ask them questions that will lead you to know if they really are giving you advise only just to make money or to have you covered appropriately. Just like what others say na Don't buy something you dont understand yourself.
* dami ko na sinabi, hahaha! thats just my opinion. I hope i am not offending any one. 😊
Kaka let go ko lang nung isang policy ko. I consider it na lang as loss and a financial mistake. Grabe. Ibang experience. Dapat talaga bago kumuha, intindihin, magtanong. Nalulungkot pa rin ako pero I'm sure maka move on din.
She only said to ask IF talagang friend mo yung agent. Of course hindi proper if hindi kayo friends. May point din naman yung tip niya. 😉
@@janrubian8998 Yes! Tama pi. Kailangan talaga na ma-establish ng advisor mo yung trust mo and maintindihan nya ung needs mo para mabigyan ka nya ng tamang advise cos it's a waste of money amd time talaga kung in the first place hindi mo maintindihan yung plan/policy mo :(
@@iamsuperbianca yes Ms. Bianca, she has her point its just a bit off even if friend mo cos some people are very sensitive. Kaya I stated my opinion for every one here nalang na before buying anything kailangan na they understand it by that hindi na kailangan to "ask" how much a person makes from it. Hehe kuddos to your vlogs, I used to see you in Ateneo back in the days. More power! :)
tagal ko maka-bili ng Term Insurance at nakaka-frustrate ang agents dahil upfront VUL agad without asking ang needs ko. They're after commision not sa walfare mo and they call themselves financial advisor. Madalas nilang i-calculate kung magkano kaya mong bayaran na premium instead of calculating your coverage. nakaka-dismaya lang. Kaya educate yourself before buying insurance
❤
Need bang sa payroll account yung pag-open ng EIF? Anong difference nya with the personal bank account, if ever na di naman din siya nauubusan? Thanks. :)
It's not a requirement Monica. It's just to make it easier for you. Good luck in your investing. :)
💛💛💛
Sorry, but for question #2 This is somehow misleading.
Come to think of it. The reason why you're getting an insurance while you have no dependents yet is because, you want to get insured as early as possible.
Kase once you're older, (lalo kapag may sakit kana) your premium is much higher. Consider that in these video, they are pertaining to young people na mag papamilya in the near future. So technically, you will have dependents.
AT KAHIT WALA KANG ANAK, WE FILIPINOS REALLY TAKE CARE OF OUR PARENTS AND FAMILY SO LAGI TAYONG MAY DEPENDENTS.
Unless wala kang pamilya. "Putok sa buho".
ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE IN RISKY JOBS (your job involves travelling alot, operating a machine, you're driving a lot, involved ka sa construction, crime fighting and etch) THE RISKIER YOUR JOB, THE MORE YOU NEED TO HAVE INSURANCE.
2nd... Term insurance is insurance that you get ONLY for certain period. Basically, you're renting yung face amount let's say 1M for certain period lang. Fyi, most insurance companies offer term insurance up to 5 years only. After nong year wala na. Wala na yung binayad mo. ONCE YOU RENEW YOUR POLICY NAMAN, YOU WILL HAVE A HIGHER PREMIUM NA.
Misleading kase, sinabi nya lang na mas mura, pero hindi nya inexplain na temporary lang yon. Kaya sya "term" insurance... May term lang na hanggang dun lang ikaw protected.
NOW, the reason they had made VUL (investment + insurance) is because naturally, most people simply don't want to discuss death... It is a topic that we naturally avoid...
That'S why they created a product that has a living benefit into it. Eto yung sinasabi nyang parang "combo meal."
Dito, aside from insurance, it has a saving component wherein it's interest is higher compare with banks kase sa naka-mutual fund sya.
HINDI KA NAPAPAMAHAL, KASE YOU'RE SAVING! NOT ONLY THAT, YOU ARE GIVEN WITH A HIGHER IINTEREST COMPARE WHEN YOUR MONEY IS DEPOSITED IN BANK.
Please spread.

Neyo Katalbas I agree with you Neyo. I’m also a financial advisor here in Canada. Most people are getting term coz they see it’s much cheaper than permanent ones. But it’s just like buying an item. Sometimes it’s more expensive coz it has more benefits. Permanent insurance has cash values unlike term.
Whenever I meet with my clients, I discuss with them the pros and cons. Of course if people can’t afford permanent, I suggest the term first coz it’s still better for them to have something than nothing. I explain to them that they could convert it to permanent coz in the long run, their monthly payments will go up after a certain term.
I somewhat agree that some agents sell something for commission that’s why I always disclose the estimate commission I’d get when they get something for themselves.
I would suggest really doing research. People have different opinions about this. It all depends on your goals and what you want to protect. We all have different needs. Talk to someone who has knowledge of course. ♥️
More power Mrs. Super Bianca!
One of the things that I regret was not starting this investment earlier in my life. I agree na kahit single ka dapat nag-iipon or nag-iinvest ka na. Kulang sa Philippines ang mageeffort na magexplain paano sila makakainvest for their future. Marunong lang tayo magpaikot ng utang natin thinking it's how we will live our lives tapos dream lang ang makapag-ipon. 😊
Paano po mag invest to make your money grow?
Is it feasible ba to invest money sa mga subdivisions na hulugan like 20years, 25years kasi yung amortisation and mortgage varies. Situational 25k sweldo, 15k monthly para sa bahay every month, yung more than half makukuha sa sweldo
THANK YOU HUHYHU
Wala pa aqng Dependent pero kumuha na aq ng VUL.
Goal ko kasi siya since 19 y/o palang aq. At nakkuha lang aq ng 23 na aq.
should I continue it???
Whhaaaaaaa.
Pano makakaipon kung may binabayaran pang mga loans like pagibig o sss salary loans? At the same time, may hinuhulugan pang insurance?
paulo manliclic to be honest... panget ang loan sa pilipinas. They don’t give a sht bout u
Omg i got an insurance pero wala naman dependent
Is it right, na magbukas ng 2 insurance?
For me, depende sa needs. You can have 1 health insurance, one traditional whole life plan for income replacement or retirement. So iba ibang insurance will address your different needs.
pano po pag nagbibigay sustento sa magulang? san po un mag fall?
Expense :)
Ang ganda ng topic kaso nahilo ko sa kakalad nyo
It's not how much you earn, it's how much you save.
