So, let me get this straight...the mom was dying and she told the boy that if he was a good boy she would try to get better. The boy is put under a lot of stress (unknown by his mother) because he knows he's lying about himself to make her feel better. In the end, he pulls it together, but the mother knew she was dying and was left heartbroken in the end. The snowman (Could be the boy's imagination, not sure) knows that she's going to die, but can't help the boy as it's almost spring and he will melt. Although helpless, the snowman is confident the boy will make it through, and melts into a puddle of water, leaving the boy to face the hardships that await him. I really really really love this. Not just your voice but the lyrics too. I'd tried really had to make an English version myself but I could never get the story to flow well and still sound good. Gotta admit you absolutely nailed it. And since you so kindly provided your off vocal version (Bless you) I made a cover of my own, using Len's version of the video.
