I agree with you, seem like the video is on fast forward when she's eating and drinking, looks like she's chewing on high speed, and it does seem as if her meats are tough and need to be cooked longer, but I really enjoy her videos.

Using an Instapot or any pressure cooker to cook the meat for even 30 minutes would make it much more tender to eat.
