I always imagine being able to eat ramen in the middle of the night like this video. a cold night and a bowl of freshly cooked hot ramen, man, what could be better than that? 🤤
I always love to tell this story: Cup noodle went famous precisely because of this during a kidnapping incident that was on air across major Japan TV stations. Back in the 1970s, some extreme factions in Japanese communist party, the Japanese Red Army kiddnapped some hostages and held out inside Asama Mansion on a mountain. It was feburary and the mountain was rather remote so the police people who were in confrontation with the kiddnappers couldn't have hot food, so they brought newly launched cup noodle from Nissin, and ate it during the cold nights. The situation was broadcasted by all major TV stations, and cup noodle's sale bloomed for the first time in history
🇯🇵 Japan is so very safe and respectful of it's citizens. I have utmost respect for this society as a whole. Truly a very good social model which all countries should adopt. For this presentation ありがとうございます. 🙏❤&✌
This is truly someone who loves his work. Wonderful video as always Mogumogu... Thank you for taking time to document these wonderful moments in Japan ♥
What a resourceful person, and creative. This man is a survivor. And it looks so delicious! Oh, and he is a kind person. He said " let's give more to the young boy, not less than his older brother"
The best part is how he takes delivery to the next level. Literally goes and opens his shop where the customer agrees to meet and makes the food there for them. It's no wonder why he was rushing and working so quickly literally moving from. One to the the other. I liked how he joked with the other customers sayIng I thought you run after my stall or can you eat a large bowl (ok this one might be semi joke joke but still) You can tell how happy they were getting that bowl from conversation in the background. He'll the girl didn't feel comfortable to be on camera yet she still decided I'll get that ramen no matter what (the one who said she had no make up). You can tell they are teaching kids discipline at a very early age. Full of smiles, says thank you, returns the tray to the chef and says thank you. I'm glad my parents taught me manners when I was young though I ended up having some telling me I'm too polite sometimes lol
Thank you for sharing what you have here on YT. I don't know if I'll ever make it to Japan, but watching the little slices of it on here is fantastic. Keep it up!
I love that you have subtitles that I can read!! It makes the videos so much better!! I always watch these kinda videos with Street Food and The Food Carts and always wanted to be able to know what everyone was saying to each other!! Thank you so much!!
Pft. I've in the nightshift since '04. Ate amd lived in all the "dangerous" places in the Metro. Nothing ever happened. Also if you look as poor as they are lol.

serves ramen from a truck....still takes the time to gently fold noodles in the broth, artfully arranges the meat slices, puts egg just so and tops with a pretty naruto. Takes so much care and puts in so much pride and is SO kind to his customers. I would eat anything this man made!
Hello from Washington, D.C. USA This looks so good and tasty! I love this concept of a roaming RAMEN truck rather than an Ice truck we have in our neighborhood. Thanks for the great video!
Wow, that’s a really cool mobile restaurant. Perfect for this time of lockdown. I like the little KitKat bars he gives out to the kids. What an absolute gent!
raining day hungry and tired at night ... saw any ramen truck approach it and have a peaceful heartwarming simple bowl of ramen by the street ... this is the life i appreciate because not many countries can have this experience
👌👍👍👍Blessings to you and yours: It amazes me how you have extended your self to server & bless others through your food truck business. labor of love, yes..
I remember the night foods stalls. I loved the soba man and the hot sweet potato man(in the winter) who would come and set up in our neighborhood. This was in the 60's so many years ago. Also in Saigon this was very popular. Excellent! Brings back good memories.
No thoughts, just *ramen supremacy* bro 😩✊🏼 my inner Kushina has been summoned and is very happy now to see ramen being enjoyed by both kids and adults 😌✨
Their food truck and push cart are the best! Their earnings are not that fantastic but you can see their happy to cooked and served the food to their customers. Thank you Japan for your street food, loves Hayliee from brisbane (Australia) 😘😘😘😘😘

Totally agreed
@Sky Man Proper ramen broth takes upwards of 12 hours or more to prepare. Sit your ethnocentric ass down.
@Sky Man dont compare “instant” ramen with this “masterpiece” ramen pls
@Sky Man it’s all about the broth mate.
@Sky Man are you sure you aren't the lazy one by buying the instant ramen? Please keep you mouth shut if you know nothing about this cuisine.
It's 15 minutes to midnight, you missed lunch and dinner, and he appears like an angel in a kei truck
I would take two at a time
"i cant make large serving cause i dont have large bowl, u can bring ur large bowl from home"
that words touch my heart my stomach
And that boy went back home to get his large bowl. This master is their special grandpa

Beer and skewers can be better, but ramen is great too.
影片讓人感到很溫暖;老闆與客人的互動也讓人感動;現在台灣已很少有這樣的行動餐車了;勾起我小時侯在鄉下、美好的回憶。👍
