The bag sold out by the time I learned of it. I went in store to purchase my pochette Métis and my CA said if the company did a restock he would put one to the side for me immediately! I was soooo disappointed. Then a week ago he calls me and tell me a client cancelled their preorder and he was holding it just for me. It was the last one available!!! I left work immediately to pick it up and I’m absolutely IN LOVE!!!!!😍 Wait for the bag!!! You won’t regret it!!!!

I had the exact same experience with a limited release speedy. Just stay the course. The CA should not have promised the bag that soon on a bag that is high demand and more complex bag to produce. You will be happy once you receive the bag but again trust the online chat they are giving you the more reality-based information. I hope to see you unbox the Speedy trunk. I believe it will be a future LV collector’s piece.✨👜✨

You have EVERY RIGHT to vent, be disappointed and upset. It’s not like you thought this was a pre-order and that it would take time to arrive. You expected to get it within a week of paying for it. Also, when we order a bag we constantly watch for tracking information. That’s part of the excitement. I’m hoping that your bag will come sooner rather than later. But wouldn’t blame you for cancelling the order. I’m just living vicariously through you and want it to arrive so WE can enjoy OUR new bag. 🤩
I definitely didn’t expect it to take this long, especially after being told it would arrive in a few days. I’m really hoping it shows up soon so we can enjoy ‘our bag’ 🙃 but if it drags on too much longer, canceling might be the way to go.

You are also influencing me to get another speedy 25 as well because I let my 25 go when I got my speedy 20 but honestly I’m kinda missing it and want another one.

Baby it’s worth the wait! I got mine Friday and it’s gorgeous! I love my speedy 20 trunk. Don’t get discouraged. I ordered mine on the 5th which is most likely why I got it in 4-7 business days. Client services was accurate when I called for my update so they maybe right. I get your frustration though. I felt the same way while waiting because I expected to get it on release day but didn’t get it until the next week. But I get the them having your money and you not having your product. That is why I don’t usually do preorders but I kinda knew it would be necessary if I wanted this bag. Don’t you have a monogram strap? That looks beautiful on the bag as well. Keep the faith. If you think it’s worth having wait. If not cancel. But I think you’d be happy with it.

Yes, that’s a lot of money for no product. I ordered a car before and after two months I couldn’t wait any longer. I ended up getting a totally different car. I must confess that bag looks stunning. I would totally wait especially since you seen it and really like it. I ended up getting that car many years later and love it. Tfs 💕

I have so many friends that are still waiting for theirs to get shipped out… I ended up ordering the BE Alma and I didn’t really like it so I was going to ship it out the next day and wait for a credit online and then get something else. I didn’t think that I was gonna be able to get my hands on the speedy 20 trunk until my SA sent me a video saying that it just came in would I like to have it ?? I said absolutely. I had no idea I was going to get this opportunity. Nothing like this ever happens to me. I’m always the last one to get anything… So I jumped on it and got it right away. It’s absolutely positively worth the wait and you’re gonna love it so much. Don’t worry about the updates you’re gonna get it I promise it’s just the process love your videos girl. God bless.❤

Ebony - hang in there! I went to my local LV store on the release day of the Speedy 20 Trunk. They didn’t send any to my LV store nor any of the other LV stores in MA. I asked the SA to check the inventory and she said that there were 23 left in the country so I placed my order. As of Day 11 my order status was still “pending order validation”. What the hell does that mean? I reached out to the SA and also called the LV customer service line. I was told that the order would be updated soon yet I was getting nervous since as the days passed there were now no Speedy 20 Trunks available anywhere. Finally on Day 13 (Tuesday 11/19) the order status was updated and I received a shipping notice. Three more days (this Friday) until my Speedy 20 Trunk arrives at my doorstep. I’m praying that you receive your shipping notification soon. Since there were 23 left in the country when I placed my order and you were two steps behind me you should receive your notification TODAY right behind me. Keep hope alive!

How are the zippers on the 25? Due to a processing error during an order I got 2 monogram 25’s and both had awful zippers. It was so bad I thought the gold zipper pull would eventually snap off from how hard I had to tug on them to zip/unzip them. I had to return them both. I have a 30 but love the in between size of the 25. I just ordered that trunk bag as well though. I too had no plans on getting it but the more I looked at it the more I loved it. My only concern is size. I’m afraid it’s gonna be too small and look stupid on my frame.
Wow, I’m sorry to hear about your zipper issues with the 25’s. The zippers on mine are fine, but my previous monogram Speedy 25 had stubborn zippers at first, and I ended up using wax paper to help them glide smoother. Hopefully, the Speedy Trunk works out for you!

That’s what the site was saying a few days ago too. When I ordered mine, I was told four days. If I’d known it would be 5 to 6 weeks, I wouldn’t have ordered it. That’s just too long.
