Now its clear for me kung anong regulation ng Nursing dyan . Well understood na and thx for the info Ms Mia i appreciate your explanation.
Wala palang board exam dyan but you have to go through a lot of training assessment and all requirement to be eligible. Ang importante you are confident that you are ready to practice safely and knowlegeably.
Pls hwag nmn silang mag comment na under the table because never tayong maging nurse if we dont know what we are doing kaya kau na nag comment pls dont say that kasi nurses deals with peoples lives hindi paper lang ang trabajo ng nurses.
I can relate to that coz im also a retired RN here in Canada passed my License . Nag board exam din ako sa pinas which is different . Every country is different so for all your information mga di nakkalam ang trabaho ng mga Nurses ay di.madali at di biro at never allowed to work under the table thank you 😊

The registered nurses in the Philippines are the best in any part of the world for their outstanding services & dedication to their profession.
In fact, Queen Elizabeth of England even commended one Pinoy nurse who never faltered in her duties during the Covid pandemic.

Nursing standards in the Philippines is the best compared to other countries. Put this in your mind filipino nurses are all Bachelor’s degree holder and for so many years in all the states of America till now we always got the highest level as the best nurses, most qualified and educated nurses in the world.❤️🙏🇵🇭🇺🇸🇨🇦

Thats why the united kingdom they choose filipino's nursing for hired for to help this country during the covid 19 because they know our standard is the best, But the problem is.....? Salary is too low! Compared to another physical job.

@@las5892NCLEX-RN is the same all over the US no matter which US state you are applying to. I took the exam in SF and passed it with just 75 questions in one attempt. And I am just an average student in the Phils. I also find the Phil.licensure exam for nurses much more difficult than the NCLEX because it deals more with the specifics like pharmacology and physiology. NCLEX questions are rooted on the hierarchy of needs so as long as you have mastered that ( and that is very easy) you can handle the exams well. But unlike the Phil exam the NCLEX is interactive. If your answer to a question (which is usually about the hierarchy of needs) is not correct then it digs deeper and asks next about the specifics like pharma and the like.

Thank you, Mia. Here in Canada, it will take 4 years to graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. After graduation, you have to take the Board exam to get a license to work. They call the nurses without bachelor's degree, as Practical nurses. But, they have to take also the License exam to practice or work in a medical setting. They become Registered Practical Nurses. A nurse with a license is called a Registered Nurse or RN. Over there in U.K, every city I think or province have different regulations. We have nurses from U.K. They have to write an exam here in Canada to get their license to work. Nurses in the Philippines have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing but they have to take a refresher course to get an exam for their Canadian Nursing license. Every country have different rules in nursing.
Nursing studies continues if you want to get your Bachelor's degree and Master's degree or become a Nurse Practioner like a doctor but with limitations to prescribe medications. That's a higher degree in Nursing. Good luck and take care.
    May God bless you always.❤

Practical nurse is license vocational nurse in US above nursing assistant the difference they able to give meds if they pass the test,LVN in California where I work don’t hire LVN anymore, more pilipina nurses pass the LVN but can’t pass the Rn license ,LVN is higher than nursing assistant

Let's all be happy for Mia... In my own opinion , nursing is nursing, you might have spent more years in the university, practice a special field of nursing area, it is nursing. Bedside nursing is hard, you need to be compassionate and conscientious, been there than that. It's not how much you earned but how much you saved... Retired at 59 years old😂 Humility is a virtue.. We need to be kind and humble and Love one another...

Merong duty din dito sa hospital sa Pinas and this is what you call Related Learning Experience. In my school we only had 1,683 hours meaning lamang kayo ng 700 hours. Pero may board exam kaya dapat ipasa from the combination of studies and clinical experience para magkaroon ng license. In my opinion kelangan din ng rigid studies bago implement ang practice otherwise magiging less effective ang practice kung walang inaral na rationale. One example, which patient are you going to prioritize in the emergency department, medyo complicated yun. If you don't know the logic of emergency, even if you are hands-on technically, you will fail to deliver the right treatment. Anyways, Congratulations!

In America. They called as Vocational Nursing Course.
But they already abolished the program. Now, you have to complete the 4 year course. And take the State board. They want you to have a Bachelors Degree in which you have to complete 5 years of studies.
      Same thing in the Philippines.

My sister got her nursing degree here in Australia for two years because she's already had a previous degree acquired in Australia. However, there's also pilipinas studied for 4 years here in Australia but still not qualified to practice as an RN because they failed to pass a certain requirement. Maybe what you took there is the equivalent of “graduate nurse” here in the Phil. before..pero wala ng curriculum na ganyan ngayun sa Phil.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) na. My older sister before is a graduate nurse and she had to take 1 or 2 years more of additional units to become a BSN. Pinning and capping happens on the second year and thesis on the 4th year. You also need to complete certain hours and cases (actual deliveries and assists in maternity), surgery, neuro psychiatry, ortho., pedia, and community health.aside from classroom lessons and exams…i know coz i’m a retired nurse..hope this answers some of your questions…😊oh on top of that you need to pass the Board exam to become licensed to practice..you have 3 tries to pass the board..if after 3 tries and still fail the board, you need to go back to schooling…
