There is nothing abusive. It is just one of way of showing love. My grandparents kiss me same way. In Mongolia, people kiss their grandchildren same way as dalai lama is also from mongolian race. Dalai Lama is at age of grandparents of that kid. He kissed him at big gathering of huge audience, it was for a fun and laugh. If you watch full video when dalai lama ask to touch touge, in few seconds, he stops that. It was for fun only. There was no sexual intention.
