So sorry to hear, usually vostok movement has a tendancy to stop if not used for long time, even after winding it fully it qill not start. Shaking the watch couple of times helps. Did you try that after manually qinding the watch for 45-50 times?

Ek point hai - itna mehenga hone ke bad bhi case brass ka hai with chrome plating - ye ek negative hai kyun ki brass case rough and tough use me scratches pakrenge aur chrome plating bhi nikal sakta hai.
