True. I did the same. I never missed with negative feelings, I never missed and cried and felt sad. Whenever I missed, it was all the good things that had happen and they used to make me smile and make me happy and more energetic. And it really helped. I strictly stayed away from sad songs. Don't listen to them people!! Never. Listen to songs that are happy and celebrate love, don't watch sad movies or videos, instead watch those that are more positive, read books that will lift your spirits and not the tragic ones. In short.. whatever you see, listen and speak.. everything should be strictly positive, something that will keep your mood at least light if not happy!
