Grim Grinning Ghosts The Haunted Mansion and Phantom Manor Mix

I've looked around and never found a video like this. So I made it. It is the instrumental versions from The Haunted Mansion and Phantom Manor.
This Belongs to Disney and I don't own it.

So it sounds like the sixties...it was made in the sixties, so I don't see why that's a problem.
But at any rate, the music in the mansion is specifically meant to only be instruments within the mansion- adding a full orchestral swing piece would jar with that.

Recalling that the original haunted mansion is in New Orleans Square, the jazzy graveyard jamboree makes a bit more sense.

I love the swing mix of the song, but it would've clashed too much with the rest of the ride music.

the one in the middle of the five in the haunted mansion. both from left to right and from right to left he's the 3rd one. for some reason he's not in phantom manor and in many videos (especialy ones where they only put the projections. what, did disney lose his projection or someone stole it?

I don't think it would have. All the rest of the music is played on an organ and piano. I think a full orchestra would have complimented the ride score much better than the kitschy, dated, hippie rock music they've had in there for over 40 years now.

I was really hoping that the Imagineers would have replaced the original '60s sounding graveyard music with the more timeless orchestral music from the Phantom Manor's catacombs when they refurbished the Haunted Mansion in Florida. Oh well.
