There is some ramps outside where you can climb, the access to these ramps is under flags building you can go outside of the stadium on concret block without any jump

0:50 "you can't gather speed around the new Stadium" do you mean you can't get out to the big 1000kmh ring? Because there is a way out under the flag poles. Although I haven't found anything to bounce off of to reach the roof
Yeah I meant you cant gather speed at the same place as in tm2 that was used to reach the roof. The 1000kmh ring is still there but as you said It's hard to find a way to bounce off
I'm extremely new to this game but as soon as I learned the track editor my wish was to make either crash cove or a track that goes on top of the stadium, but watching this video seems like an impossible feat, is there any other way to make this idea work?
Hey, nothing too hard if you want to go on top of the stadium with the help of a track, place a road with boosters high enough, then a jump once you got enough speed to go on top of the stadium !

Just tried it, there are roads around the stadium a bit like in tm², and you can get to the edge of the map like that and then get out easily going backwards to overwall !
this is also really sad if you look at it as an analogy of how new proprietary games and titles in general are only getting more restrictive over time, e.g how Minecraft Java versus Bedrock edition treats modding & how is the software built and distributed.

avec la carte numero 10 il y a une grosse suite de booster et un virage serré sur un mur dont on peu se servir pour monter sur le toit!

found my way:
i use Super Turbos, and after that, i use a Super Reactor Boost Up (pretty OP for flying to me), & then a ramp.
There is a way that requires less speed. But it is in two steps.

You can jump with speed but there is a little step that gives you kind of a random slowdown though :x

This was actually so easy in tm2 that I didn't even tried it...I believe it should still be but will try it this evening coming back from work :p

you can climb them from dirt and you can climb the normal ones as well but its really really hard and not really feasible in a run
