3:22 BB-8 After operations cutscene from the Babel Event says otherwise... if you read when pre-babel Oracle talks to Kal'tsit about having turned against Priestess and why he did so, which directly conflicts with Babel-era "Doctor" crying out to PRIESTESS on what he should do, that's way too off putting and suspicious.

No i mean seriously, both doctor and priestess are at least older than the first Terran conscious specimen (be it the feranmuts or the teekaz). So anyone who lives as of now is in no way close to doctor's age. I mean, we called the supposedly "daughter" of the doctor as old well remember? Kaltsit being the threshold of "ancient" in Terran age and doctor being way older than her shows just how much of an elderly the doctor is. Now, i have seen one chinese meme portraying this in a similar light as i do where skadi/isharmla is depicted as just a conscious "roomba" who nag priestess constantly about asking permission to be with the doctor. While most operators are just pets like kaltsit being a cat and amiya is rabbit. Meanwhile, theresa is somehow a child who is so clingy with the doctor.
The roomba joke is because for precursors, seaborn are meant to be a terraforming organism to stabilize the ecosystem instead of world-ending threat that Aegir feared currently.
Reading Chapter 14, it appears Priestess may’ve felt upset about the events that put the Doktor in a clean slate. Sure, the original plan of Originium is up in the air (who knows what may happen to Terra), but still. Though by the end, in the Assimilated Universe, Priestess is fine. In her time, things changed; mistakes and compromises happen all the time. Especially when survival and preservation of knowledge and life was on the table. To have such romantic feelings cloud the headspace is petty; a waste of time when saving lives was the Doctor’s and Priestess’s intent. Now we, hopefully, as the Doktor change the plan where civilizations flourish without the need for Originium 24/7. I bet the lady with diamond eyes wouldn’t mind that.

Girl grew up in a world where personal connections didn’t really seem to matter much, but then came along Oracle and gave her a big taste of what it means to be with someone. Then due to circumstances which are still not entirely clear, she has to shut Oracle/Doctor away for their own safety, and is now either a disembodied consciousness living inside Originium/hiding away somewhere in the cosmos and holding on to the hope that one day she will be with the one she cares most for again. So she’s basically sitting alone in her room telling herself over and over again that Doctor will one day be by their side again, waiting tens of thousands of years for the time to come. Given her comments about how hard it is to determine whether their experiences are real or dreams, she may not even care much if Doctor gets in with someone else, because as far as she’s concerned the inevitable end is that she and Doctor will be the sole living beings, so whatever they do in the present (if it is the present; there are all SORTS of ominous things implied by her scene in Chapter 14). She only intervened (if the hypothesis is true that she was manipulating Doctor’s mind when they made their decision to betray Theresa) because Theresa was proving a threat to the conclusion she wants to happen. And who knows, maybe she was salty about the whole hand holding thing.

Well excuse you, but are you assuming that an entity who: managed to create something which could ignite a whole civilization while also be the threat and lifeline of the exact same newly formed civilization (originium), on top of drifting through the universe (doctor's lore with his past together with his "kind" such as friston and priestess), and possibly waging war against enigmatic existence beyond the realm of the universe (the referred "observer" from lone trail); can't manage to "produce" children simply because of being gated by biological factors?

I would like to bring up the topic of “parallels.” I noticed that there are many, many parallels between Priestess and Muelsyse. They’re largely subtle and, being honest, you have to read into quite a bit, but they’re there. There is the obvious attention drawn to the idea of “holding hands.” Holding hands seems to be a shorthand the story is using to imply intimacy without having to actually do sexy stuff. Not just with Theresa, but a big part of Priestess’ chapter 14 scene was her holding Doctor’s hand (and her comment about how they would “hold hands” often), and while it’s mostly told in her operator files, a big part of Muelsyse’s connection to Doctor ends up being that Doctor is the only person able to “see” the things Muelsyse sees about plants, and how they are able to share emotions and feelings via touch. Then there is the loneliness factor. It’s more obvious with Muelsyse and her story, but it’s implied that a good deal of why Priestess is fixated on Doctor is that they became her companion in a world that seems to have abandoned the notion of companionship. Priestess may be so fixated because as far as she’s concerned, Oracle/Doctor is the only person that matters - to her. The fact that Muelsyse got her outfit with all-new lines hinting at her future story, and the implication that Doctor is going to be a big part of it, when Chapter 14 launched sticks out to me as significant. The fact that the only other operator who has this honor is the very plot-important Kal’tsit, tells me that Hypergryph is cooking big things for Muelsyse, and that she may be in the process of being set up as a parallel/contrast to Priestess.
