UAE brands generally don’t reformulate…I believe people just buy and use and hence don’t sense it so they need some resting time as well..also the one wearing and people close to them also go nose blind to Hawas…I mean the best way to judge is after use keep the clothes aside for a while and then come back and smell it..I am sure they will be able to smell the perfume..Cheers…
